【摘要】：鋼鐵行業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱性和基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),自進入21世紀以來,不僅為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到了推動作用,對世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展也產(chǎn)生了積極的影響,但是這種快速發(fā)展也導(dǎo)致鋼鐵行業(yè)近年來出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過剩、資源利用率低下、環(huán)境污染等一系列問題,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,亟需我國宏觀政策進行調(diào)控。稅收政策作為宏觀政策的一種,能夠?qū)σ龑?dǎo)并推動行業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展起到一定作用。因此,研究鋼鐵行業(yè)的稅收負擔問題,對于政府制定合理的稅收征管制度、改善鋼鐵行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況、緩解鋼鐵行業(yè)的危機具有一定的參考價值。文章主要選取在我國2007—2013年深市和滬市上市的鋼鐵公司為樣本進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析和多元線性回歸分析,從微觀角度探討鋼鐵行業(yè)稅收負擔影響因素及其影響程度。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry, as the pillar and basic industry of our national economy, has not only played a role in promoting the economic development of our country since 21th century, but also had a positive impact on the development of the world economy. However, the rapid development of iron and steel industry in recent years has led to a series of problems, such as overcapacity, low utilization of resources, environmental pollution and so on. As a kind of macro policy, tax policy can play a certain role in guiding and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. Therefore, the tax burden of steel industry is studied. For the government to formulate a reasonable tax collection and management system to improve the development of the steel industry. It has certain reference value to alleviate the crisis of iron and steel industry. This article mainly selects the steel companies listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets from 2007 to 2013 as samples to carry out descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis. This paper discusses the influencing factors and the degree of tax burden in iron and steel industry from the micro point of view.
