【摘要】：進入新世紀以來，世界各國經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展，對能源的消耗量日趨加大。為了發(fā)展，人類對不可再生的能源毫無節(jié)制地開采，使得石油、煤炭等能源出現(xiàn)了枯竭的危機。因此，如何合理科學地利用有限的能源，，讓各國在不影響經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步的同時能夠永續(xù)發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為世界上各個國家都關注的問題。為此，世界各國將其看做非常重要的課題來研究。 近些年來，中國的煤炭與石油量日漸短缺，我國也由以前的能源出口國變成了現(xiàn)在的能源進口國，且進口量越來越大，對外依存度也越來越高，這著實為我國的發(fā)展敲響了警鐘。隨著能源價格的不斷升高和環(huán)境的日趨惡化，我國對今后的能源利用問題越來越重視。目前，如何提高能源利用效率，確保我國的能源安全，維持經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及減少環(huán)境污染已成為我國在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展道路上亟待的解決的重大問題。 本文以上述背景為奠基，主要研究了我國的能源貿(mào)易、能耗結構以及能源利用效率。本文共六章：第一章為緒論，主要對本文的研究背景、意義和方法等進行了簡要說明；第二章為文獻綜述，主要將前輩學者的研究分為三個層次，分別進行了歸納總結；第三章主要介紹了我國的能源生產(chǎn)情況、能源消費情況以及能源貿(mào)易和能耗結構，并對其進行了簡要分析；第四章主要對介紹了數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析方法以及超效率數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析方法，并用兩種方法對我國能源利用效率、我國各省市的能源利用效率以及世界上幾個國家的能源利用效率進行了計算與實證研究；第五章是上兩章的研究基礎上，分析了能源貿(mào)易對我國能耗結構以及能源利用效率的影響；第六章是對全文的總結，并在以上研究的基礎上，提出提高我國能源利用效率的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the rapid development of world economy, the consumption of energy is increasing. In order to develop the energy of non renewable, no human control makes the mining, oil, the exhaustion of coal and other energy sources. Therefore, how to reasonably use the limited energy, does not affect the economic development for countries in the the progress of the society and at the same time to sustainable development, has become a concern in many countries in the world. Therefore, all the countries in the world regard it as a very important topic to study.
In recent years, coal and oil China shortage in our country, from the previous energy exporter has now become an energy importer, and imports more and more, external dependence is more and more high, this is for the development of our country has sounded the alarm. As energy prices continue to rise and the environment our country is getting worse, more attention to the future energy problem more and more. At present, how to improve energy efficiency, ensure China's energy security, to maintain the sustainable development of the economy and reduce environmental pollution has become China's major problems solved urgently on a path to economic development.
In this paper, the background for the foundation, mainly studies China's energy trade, energy structure and energy efficiency. This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, significance and methods are briefly described; the second chapter is the literature review, the main research scholars are divided into three levels are summarized; the third chapter mainly introduces China's energy production, energy consumption and energy trade and energy consumption structure, and has carried on the brief analysis; the fourth chapter mainly introduces the data envelopment analysis method and super efficiency data envelopment analysis method, and by two methods on China's energy efficiency, various provinces and cities of our country's energy efficiency as well as several countries in the world's energy efficiency of calculation and demonstration; the fifth chapter is the research on the basis of the two chapter The impact of energy trade on energy consumption structure and energy efficiency in China is analyzed. The sixth chapter is the summary of the full text, and on the basis of the above research, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve energy efficiency in China.
