【摘要】:河北正元包裝集團(tuán)有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱河北正元)是全國(guó)印刷包裝龍頭企業(yè),居河北省首位,,在河北印刷包裝業(yè)具有代表性。一方面,企業(yè)通過(guò)自身努力已經(jīng)取得不俗的成績(jī),企業(yè)發(fā)展蒸蒸日上;另一方面,企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略管理方面的缺失又制約著企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,勢(shì)必成為企業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文目的就是幫助企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確判斷外部形勢(shì),認(rèn)清面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),不斷整合內(nèi)部資源,發(fā)掘優(yōu)勢(shì)、克服劣勢(shì),制定出符合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,繼而為區(qū)域印刷業(yè)解決求生存圖發(fā)展和整體實(shí)力弱的矛盾提供參考。 本文論述了制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的背景和意義,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),提出了制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容和方法。 本文采用PEST經(jīng)濟(jì)模型分析了企業(yè)身處的宏觀環(huán)境,運(yùn)用波特五力模型剖析了印刷業(yè)的行業(yè)環(huán)境,從而使企業(yè)認(rèn)清自身面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。又從企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源與能力兩個(gè)層面分析企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),結(jié)合企業(yè)面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,運(yùn)用SWOT分析歸納企業(yè)內(nèi)在優(yōu)劣、外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅的層級(jí),從而提出企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇,明確企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和階段劃分。 本文提出了企業(yè)完善內(nèi)部機(jī)制、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓策略、強(qiáng)化戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策和部署提供素材和參考,為企業(yè)科學(xué)快速可持續(xù)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Hebei Zhengyuan Packaging Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Zhengyuan) is the national printing packaging leading enterprises, ranking first in Hebei Province, Hebei printing packaging industry is representative. On the one hand. Enterprises have made great achievements through their own efforts, and the development of enterprises is booming. On the other hand, the lack of strategic management restricts the long-term development of enterprises, which is bound to become the bottleneck of healthy and rapid development of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to help enterprises accurately judge the external situation. Recognize the opportunities and challenges faced, constantly integrate internal resources, explore strengths, overcome weaknesses, and formulate development strategies in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. Then it provides a reference for the regional printing industry to solve the contradiction between survival map development and overall weak strength. This paper discusses the background and significance of formulating development strategy, combs the present situation and trend of enterprise strategic management at home and abroad, and puts forward the contents and methods of formulating development strategy. In this paper, PEST economic model is used to analyze the macro environment of enterprises, and Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the industry environment of printing industry. In order to make enterprises recognize the opportunities and challenges they face, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises from the two aspects of internal resources and capabilities, combined with the opportunities and threats faced by enterprises. In this paper, SWOT analysis is used to sum up the levels of internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, so as to put forward the choice of the development strategy of the enterprise, and to define the key points and stages of the enterprise strategy. This paper puts forward some measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy, such as perfecting the internal mechanism, optimizing the product structure, opening up the market, strengthening the strategic alliance and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture. It provides material and reference for enterprise strategic decision and deployment, and has certain reference significance for the long-term development of enterprise science, rapid and sustainable.
