【摘要】：在市場競爭日益加劇的形勢下,企業(yè)之間的競爭從某種程度上來說表現(xiàn)為產品質量的競爭,所以企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭中獲勝,就要加強產品質量的管理,改進產品質量,而原材料及零配件的質量對企業(yè)產品的質量起了關鍵性的作用。因此,加強供應商質量管理,對于提高產品的品質,提高經濟效益,提高市場競爭能力,具有非常重要的意義。本論文選擇HAO家具公司供應商質量管理作為研究對象,采用文獻研究、現(xiàn)場調查、經驗分析等方法,對HAO家具公司的組織結構、質量管理組織介紹、產品供應商分類、供應商的開發(fā)選擇、供應商的審核、供應商績效考評等供應商質量管理過程進行了詳細介紹,從HAO家具公司供應商質量過程分析出所存在的一系列問題,包括供應商選擇流程不規(guī)范、供應商質量管理體系不健全、供應商的管理薄弱、供應商生產過程質量失控、供需雙方溝通不順暢、核心員工流失頻繁等問題,然后針對HAO家具公司供應商質量管理所存在的問題進行分析,一一提出了HAO家具公司供應商質量管理的改進建議,包括改進供應商選擇流程、推動供應商的質量管理體系建設與完善、加強供應商管理、監(jiān)督供應商過程質量控制、建立供應商溝通與輔導機制、防范企業(yè)核心員工流失等建議,這些建議對于加強HAO家具公司供應商質量管理,提高HAO家具公司的產品質量,提高公司的經濟效益,發(fā)揮了非常重大的作用。
[Abstract]:In an increasingly competitive market situation, the performance of the competition between enterprises to a certain extent for the quality of products competition, so enterprises want to win in the fierce competition in the market, it is necessary to strengthen the management of product quality, improve product quality and quality of raw materials and spare parts to the enterprise product quality key role. Therefore, to strengthen the supplier quality management, to improve product quality, improve economic efficiency, improve market competitiveness, has very important significance. This thesis chooses the supplier quality management of HAO furniture company as the research object, using literature research, field investigation, empirical analysis and other methods, the organizational structure of HAO furniture company the introduction of quality management, supplier classification, supplier selection and development, supplier audit, supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality management process In detail, analyzed a series of problems in the process of quality from the supplier HAO furniture company, including the supplier selection process is not standardized, the supplier's quality management system is not perfect, weak supplier management, supplier production process quality control, supply and demand sides of communication is not smooth, the loss of key employees and frequent problems, then according to the supplier quality management of HAO furniture the analysis of existing problems, put forward suggestions to improve the supplier quality management of HAO furniture company, including the improvement of supplier selection process, to promote and improve the quality management system of suppliers, strengthen supplier management, supervise supplier quality control process, establish supplier communication and guidance, to prevent the loss of key employees of enterprises and other suggestions, these suggestions to strengthen the supplier quality management of HAO furniture company, HAO furniture company to improve product quality, It has played a very important role in improving the economic efficiency of the company.
