【摘要】:我國(guó)白酒企業(yè)經(jīng)歷了從小到大、由弱到強(qiáng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程,并取得了歷史性的跨越。尤其是自2002年以來(lái),行業(yè)迎來(lái)了“黃金十年”發(fā)展期,截止2013年末全國(guó)酒企共有1423家,白酒累積產(chǎn)量實(shí)現(xiàn)1150.16萬(wàn)千升,收入達(dá)到4466億元。并涌現(xiàn)出了以濃香型白酒為代表的W公司等國(guó)內(nèi)外知名的一線品牌企業(yè)。成為了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中不可或缺的重要力量。白酒行業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了“黃金十年”大發(fā)展后,2013年以來(lái),受到“塑化劑風(fēng)波”、“限制三公消費(fèi)”、中央“八項(xiàng)規(guī)定”、軍委“禁酒令”以及行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)過(guò)剩等因素的影響,面臨著前所未有的困境。在如此復(fù)雜的背景下,白酒企業(yè)都在積極探索破局之策,對(duì)W公司而言,如何積極轉(zhuǎn)型保持發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性,繼續(xù)保持中國(guó)行業(yè)大王的核心優(yōu)勢(shì),已成為公司現(xiàn)階段亟待解決的問(wèn)題和難題。本文在引出研究問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用了定性與定量相結(jié)合的綜合研究方法,詳細(xì)分析了目前我國(guó)白酒行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)。并對(duì)公司內(nèi)部資源狀況(如上市公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、部門(mén)職責(zé)、產(chǎn)成品、人力資源等),以及上市公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況(如市場(chǎng)與客戶、發(fā)展能力與盈利能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力與風(fēng)險(xiǎn))進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析和說(shuō)明。論文根據(jù)當(dāng)前面臨的企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)節(jié)及市場(chǎng)、政策等外部環(huán)境分析,提出了W公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及發(fā)展規(guī)劃。最后,從新產(chǎn)品塑造、市場(chǎng)維護(hù)與拓展、增強(qiáng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量以及強(qiáng)化人力資源管理等幾個(gè)方面重點(diǎn)分析了W公司經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)策戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障體系構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Chinese liquor enterprises have experienced from small to large, from weak to strong development process, and has made a historic leap. Especially since 2002, the industry has ushered in a "golden decade" development period. By end of 2013, there were 1, 423 liquor enterprises in China, and the cumulative output of liquor was 115.016 million liters. The revenue reaches 446.6 billion yuan, and the W company, represented by Luzhou-flavor liquor, has emerged as the leading brand enterprise at home and abroad. It has become an indispensable and important force in the national economy. The liquor industry has experienced. " After the golden decade "big development." Since 2013, it has been affected by factors such as "plasticizer storm", "restriction of three public consumption", "eight regulations" of the Central Committee, "Prohibition order" of the Central military Commission, and excess industry and so on. Faced with unprecedented predicament. Under such a complex background, liquor enterprises are actively exploring ways to break the situation, for W company, how to actively transform to maintain the sustainability of development. Continuing to maintain the core advantages of the Chinese industry king has become a problem and a difficult problem to be solved at the present stage of the company. Based on the introduction of research problems, this paper uses a comprehensive research method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. The present situation and trend of the development of liquor industry in China are analyzed in detail, and the status of internal resources (such as equity structure, organization, department responsibility, finished product, human resources, etc.) of the listed company is analyzed in detail. And the competitive situation of listed companies (such as market and customer, development ability and profitability, management ability and risk) are analyzed and explained in detail. Policy and other external environment analysis, put forward the W company's business strategy objectives and development plans. Finally, from the new product molding, market maintenance and expansion. Strengthening service quality and strengthening human resource management and so on, this paper analyzes emphatically the construction of guarantee system of W company's management countermeasure strategy implementation.
