【摘要】：當(dāng)代企業(yè)處于快速變化的環(huán)境中,其不可能擁有自身成長(zhǎng)所需的各種資源。企業(yè)必須從其所形成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織中謀求與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)相關(guān)的資源,從而保持自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成長(zhǎng)成為企業(yè)獲得再次成長(zhǎng)的重要因素,企業(yè)不僅可以利用企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源,也可以利用從外部環(huán)境中所獲得的資源,企業(yè)所在網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)顯著的影響企業(yè)的業(yè)績(jī)和行為。作為上市公司,其自身在不斷成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程會(huì)與其供應(yīng)商、零售商甚至是小的顧客形成不同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,在各種各樣的聯(lián)系中會(huì)帶給公司不同程度的資源和信息。上市公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系中一種長(zhǎng)期且穩(wěn)定存在的合作關(guān)系的網(wǎng)絡(luò)之一就是關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文依據(jù)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究范式,分析企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的影響,證實(shí)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成長(zhǎng)的重要性。針對(duì)以上所提出的研究目的,以2010年上海證券交易所中制造業(yè)企業(yè)為主要研究對(duì)象,收集所有上市公司關(guān)聯(lián)交易的披露信息,構(gòu)建單個(gè)企業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò),利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型以及線性模型相結(jié)合的實(shí)證研究方法,對(duì)于所構(gòu)建的模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文研究重點(diǎn)主要包括:一方面分析關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、異質(zhì)性、聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度不同結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈位置分別對(duì)于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的影響;另一方面考察關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體以及不同的結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于企業(yè)的盈利能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力以及增長(zhǎng)能力的影響,從而得出最后的結(jié)論。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果顯示,關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度對(duì)于制造業(yè)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用,而關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性卻抑制了企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng),這與我國(guó)制造業(yè)相對(duì)于其他行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)是分不開(kāi)的。產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈位置對(duì)于除制造業(yè)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用,而對(duì)于制造業(yè)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)影響不顯著,說(shuō)明產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈位置在不同行業(yè)中所發(fā)揮的作用有所差異。通過(guò)研究關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)在企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中發(fā)揮作用的機(jī)制,得出關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體對(duì)于企業(yè)的盈利能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力以及增長(zhǎng)能力都有正向的影響并且在統(tǒng)計(jì)意義上是顯著的。同時(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)能力作用是最大的,而對(duì)發(fā)展能力的影響次之,對(duì)于盈利能力的影響力最小。關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不同結(jié)構(gòu)以及價(jià)值鏈位置對(duì)于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的盈利能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力以及增長(zhǎng)能力所發(fā)揮的作用是不一致的。關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度能夠提升企業(yè)盈利能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力和增長(zhǎng)能力。而異質(zhì)性則是抑制企業(yè)不同能力的提升。關(guān)聯(lián)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度和產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈位置對(duì)企業(yè)盈利能力是抑制,而對(duì)于營(yíng)運(yùn)和增長(zhǎng)能力卻是促進(jìn)的。本文為企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成長(zhǎng)提供實(shí)證研究依據(jù),拓展關(guān)聯(lián)交易的研究視角,為企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成長(zhǎng)構(gòu)建提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The contemporary enterprises in a rapidly changing environment, it can not have their own resources required for growth. The enterprise must from the formation of network organization and the growth of enterprises seeking related resources, so as to maintain their own core competitiveness. Enterprise network development is an important factor to grow again enterprises, enterprises can not only use the internal resources of enterprises, can also use the obtained from the external environment of the enterprise resources, where the network will influence the enterprise's performance and behavior. As a listed company, in its growing process and its suppliers, retailers and even small customers form different network system, the company will bring different levels of resources and the information in a variety of contact. One of a long-term and stable relationship between the listed company network cooperation network is transaction network. This paper on the basis of social network research paradigm, analysis of enterprise network influence on enterprise growth, confirmed the importance of the growth of the enterprise network. According to the research purpose mentioned above, in 2010 the Shanghai stock exchange in manufacturing enterprises as the main research object, collecting all the listed company related transaction information disclosure of related party transactions, construction of a single enterprise network and empirical research methods combined with structural equation model and linear model, the validation of the model. This paper focuses on the analysis of related party transactions include: network centrality, heterogeneity on the one hand, the connection strength of different structure and industry value chain position respectively for affecting the growth of the enterprise; on the other hand, the network transaction overall, different structure for the profitability of the enterprise, the influence of working ability and growth ability, and then draws the conclusion that the most After the conclusion. The empirical results show that the related transaction network centrality, coupling strength for manufacturing enterprise growth promoting effect, and the related transaction network heterogeneity has restrained the growth of enterprises, and the characteristics of China's manufacturing industry relative to other industries are inseparable. Industry value chain position except for manufacturing the enterprise has a role in promoting growth, and to influence the growth of manufacturing enterprises is not significant, indicating its position in the industry value chain in different industries have different effects. Through the network of related transactions in the development of enterprises play a role in the mechanism of the network transactions for the whole enterprise's profit ability, operation ability and growth ability has a positive effect and significant in the statistical sense. At the same time, the network transaction is the largest operating capacity for action of enterprises, and the development ability. The second ring, the minimum for the profitability of the network influence. Transactions of different structure and value chain position for the growth of enterprise profitability, operation ability and growth ability play a role is not consistent. Transaction network centrality can enhance corporate profitability, operation ability and growth ability and the heterogeneity is. Inhibition of different enterprise ability. Transaction network connection strength and industry value chain position on the profitability of the business is inhibited, and for the operation and growth ability. This paper is to promote enterprise network growth to provide empirical evidence, expand the research perspective of the transactions, and put forward the corresponding suggestion for the construction of enterprise network growth.
