【摘要】:隨著人類社會(huì)進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,人力資源已經(jīng)成為一種戰(zhàn)略性資源。作為生產(chǎn)要素的重要組成部分,人力資源管理有效與否,已經(jīng)成為影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成敗最關(guān)鍵的因素,人力資源的開發(fā)越來(lái)越受到企業(yè)的重視。如何調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性和主動(dòng)性是現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的核心任務(wù),也是企業(yè)管理人員的首要職責(zé)。盡管人力資源管理在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的地位已經(jīng)為企業(yè)廣大管理者認(rèn)同,但在管理實(shí)踐中存在大量問(wèn)題。隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,企業(yè)對(duì)人力資源的管理給予更多的關(guān)注。本研究主要采用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的研究方法,按照提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的思路,用PEST環(huán)境分析和“五力模型分析”分析,對(duì)柯力公司所處的宏觀和行業(yè)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行掃描;通過(guò)SWOT對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,剖析了柯力公司人力資源管理實(shí)踐,對(duì)人力資源管理方面的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了梳理,找出優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),提出了公司的人力資源發(fā)展定位和人力資源戰(zhàn)略,重點(diǎn)從員工招聘管理、培訓(xùn)管理、績(jī)效管理和薪酬管理等幾個(gè)方面,有針對(duì)性的提出了具體的保障和改進(jìn)措施,如招聘渠道的拓寬、招聘團(tuán)隊(duì)的專業(yè)性塑造,建立分層分類培訓(xùn)結(jié)構(gòu)和建設(shè)柯氏四級(jí)評(píng)估體系等等。本文通過(guò)對(duì)柯力公司的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出、分析人力資源管理的問(wèn)題,從而提出對(duì)人力資源管理中如何更有效的選、育、用、留人問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策,對(duì)公司人力資源管理改善和提高提供重要的應(yīng)用參考價(jià)值。面對(duì)未來(lái),柯力公司將面臨新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,如產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、行業(yè)整合、技術(shù)變革,以及迅速變化的員工需求等。完善的人力資源管理體系的建立對(duì)于柯力公司來(lái)講尤為迫切,本文的研究對(duì)于柯力公司的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)良好的契機(jī)和參考。
[Abstract]:With the human society entering the era of knowledge economy, human resources have become a kind of strategic resources. As an important part of production factors, human resources management is effective or not. The development of human resources has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises. How to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees is the core task of modern human resources management. It is also the primary responsibility of enterprise managers, although the position of human resource management in strategic management of enterprises has been recognized by the vast number of managers. However, there are a lot of problems in management practice. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, enterprises pay more attention to the management of human resources. Analyze the problem, solve the problem, use PEST environment analysis and "five forces model analysis" analysis, scan the macro and industry external environment of Kree Company; Through the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise by SWOT, this paper analyzes the practice of human resource management in Kree Company, combs the problems in human resource management, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages. Put forward the human resource development orientation and human resource strategy of the company, focusing on employee recruitment management, training management, performance management and compensation management and other aspects. Targeted to put forward specific protection and improvement measures, such as the widening of recruitment channels, recruitment team professional molding. Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources management, this paper puts forward and analyzes the problems of human resource management. Therefore, this paper puts forward the solution to the problem of how to select, educate, use and retain people more effectively in the human resource management, and provide important application reference value for the improvement and improvement of human resource management in the company, and face the future. Kree will face a new competitive environment, such as industrial transfer, industry integration, technological change, and rapidly changing employee needs. The establishment of a sound human resources management system is particularly urgent for Kree. The research in this paper provides a good opportunity and reference for the future development of Kree Company.
