【摘要】：能源是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的驅(qū)動力,其承載力制約著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。京津冀能源消費量大且能源供應(yīng)相對不足;能源利用效率有待提高;能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)有待優(yōu)化。本文采用因子分析法評價了京津冀地區(qū)能源承載力,結(jié)果表明:京津冀能源承載力綜合得分中,天津最高,其次是北京,最后是河北。文章就此提出,京津冀應(yīng)通過轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);加大能源產(chǎn)業(yè)投入力度;優(yōu)化能源供給消費結(jié)構(gòu);提升產(chǎn)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力來提高能源承載力。
[Abstract]:Energy is the driving force of economic and social development, its bearing capacity restricts the economic and social development of the region. A large amount of energy consumption and energy supply of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is comparatively short; energy efficiency needs to be improved; the energy consumption structure needs to be optimized. This paper uses factor analysis method to evaluate the energy capacity of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, the results show that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei energy the bearing capacity of composite score, the highest in Tianjin, followed by Beijing and Hebei. This article puts forward the Beijing Tianjin Hebei, through the transformation of economic development mode, adjust the industrial structure; increase investment of energy industry; optimize energy supply and consumption structure; promote industrial technology innovation to improve energy carrying capacity.
