【摘要】:本課題目的在于從實(shí)踐和執(zhí)行角度,研究HR集團(tuán)對于顛覆創(chuàng)新研發(fā)模式的探索和實(shí)施。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、用戶價(jià)值、交互創(chuàng)新等時(shí)代背景下,信息化對于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的巨大的沖擊,傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)企業(yè)紛紛探索轉(zhuǎn)型之路,本課題研究大型家電制造企業(yè)面對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息化沖擊的變革和轉(zhuǎn)型。企業(yè)變革的途徑有:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、組織創(chuàng)新和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,本課題主要從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)施的角度進(jìn)行研究,其中也涉及了支持技術(shù)創(chuàng)新所需的組織和管理模式創(chuàng)新。本課題描述了中國傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)在理解和應(yīng)用西方創(chuàng)新理論道路上的探索,從執(zhí)行層面剖析顛覆性創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,并通過實(shí)際案例的研究對實(shí)施的效果進(jìn)行跟蹤。希望通過本課題對HR集團(tuán)的研究,對顛覆創(chuàng)新研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的流程進(jìn)行客觀的描述,對其中可取的部分和成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分享,同時(shí)也對遇到的問題進(jìn)行分析,并探索解決的方案和持續(xù)優(yōu)化的方向,希望對于讀者有所啟發(fā)。 本研究分六部分,第一部分為緒論,第二部分介紹HR實(shí)施顛覆創(chuàng)新型戰(zhàn)略的理論依據(jù),體現(xiàn)了經(jīng)典理論和學(xué)科前沿理論在我國制造業(yè)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用和探索。第三部分對HR集團(tuán)實(shí)施顛覆性創(chuàng)新研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,提出其遇到的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。這部分首先介紹HR集團(tuán)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化時(shí)代和企業(yè)新的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展階段的背景下,提出顛覆性創(chuàng)新型的研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,介紹了HR為了適應(yīng)這個(gè)戰(zhàn)略而設(shè)計(jì)的研發(fā)組織架構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目管控和考核的體系。最后提出HR在實(shí)施顛覆型創(chuàng)新的過程中,所遇到的難題,這些難題涉及創(chuàng)意來源、外部資源利用、激勵(lì)機(jī)制和創(chuàng)新的阻力等方面,這些都關(guān)系到顛覆創(chuàng)新研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的成敗。第四部分用SWOT分析的方法,對HR實(shí)施顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了分析。從外部環(huán)境來說,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息化、用戶需求個(gè)性化、行業(yè)競爭激烈化和品類成熟等都促使HR制定顛覆創(chuàng)新型的研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略來保持行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的地位,創(chuàng)造新的增長機(jī)會。從HR本身的發(fā)展情況和在家電行業(yè)所取得的成績來說,已經(jīng)具備這種組織變革和模式變革的條件和基礎(chǔ),能為顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提供平臺。第五部分詳細(xì)介紹了HR顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和保障。面對外部新形勢和需求,HR建立用戶交互平臺和資源整合平臺兩大平臺,來為顛覆性創(chuàng)新收集創(chuàng)意,從外部尋找并整合技術(shù)資源,并且建立機(jī)制有效的驅(qū)動外部資源協(xié)同完成創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā),滿足用戶需求。對內(nèi)HR對研發(fā)組織架構(gòu)和管理方式也進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新和顛覆,通過自我管理、自我驅(qū)動的“利益共同體”模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目的有效運(yùn)作和管控,HR完善的信息化系統(tǒng),也對長期性顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理提供了保障和支持。第六部分是對HR目前的顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行情況的總結(jié),通過對HR顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施研究,得出一些有用的結(jié)論,對于第三章提出的問題和挑戰(zhàn),尋找了一些解決的辦法,也持續(xù)跟蹤了效果。 本課題擬采用案例研究方法,以HR的顛覆性創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施作為研究對象;從創(chuàng)新研發(fā)項(xiàng)目為基本點(diǎn),對項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個(gè)要素:項(xiàng)目來源和目標(biāo),項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)和自我管理模式,項(xiàng)目流程和管控,項(xiàng)目的資源和保障,投入和產(chǎn)出等進(jìn)行全面的研究和分析,描述HR實(shí)施顛覆創(chuàng)新型研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略所進(jìn)行的全方位的改革,以及保障創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目最終實(shí)現(xiàn)市場收益而進(jìn)行的全流程的開放,在技術(shù)顛覆和創(chuàng)新的同時(shí),進(jìn)行企業(yè)組織和管理模式的顛覆,來保障技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的執(zhí)行。這也是一種創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)模式的創(chuàng)新,通過本課題研究,展現(xiàn)經(jīng)典創(chuàng)新理論在我國制造企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定過程的應(yīng)用和升級,通過對經(jīng)典理論的理解和探索,并針對企業(yè)和行業(yè)的自身特點(diǎn),制定實(shí)施的戰(zhàn)略和路線,企業(yè)通過顛覆創(chuàng)新研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,保障創(chuàng)新的效果和產(chǎn)出,提升核心競爭力,并在行業(yè)中獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的引領(lǐng)地位。
[Abstract]:This topic is from the perspective of practice and implementation, the research of HR group to explore and implement the subversive innovation R & D mode. On the Internet, big data, user value, interactive innovation background information for traditional industry a huge impact, the traditional industry enterprises to explore the road of transformation, in the face of this research large household appliances manufacturing enterprises of Internet and information technology the impact of reform and transformation. Ways of enterprise change: technological innovation, organizational innovation and business model innovation, research the main topic of the implementation from the perspective of technology innovation, including the innovation of organization and management mode to support technological innovation required. This paper describes the exploration in the understanding and application of the western theory of innovation on the road Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises, from the executive level analysis to implement disruptive innovative development strategy, and through the actual case. Study on tracking the effect of the implementation. Through the study of the HR group this paper gives an objective description of the implementation of the subversive innovation development strategy process, the desirable part and successful experience to share, but also to analyze the problems and explore solutions and continuous optimization direction, hope inspiration for the reader.
This study is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, the second part introduces the theoretical basis for the implementation of HR to subvert the innovative strategy, reflects the practical application and exploration of the classical theory and frontier theory of manufacturing industry in our country. The third part of the HR group, the status of implementation of the disruptive innovation development strategy are introduced, and the problems put forward the challenges. This part first introduces the HR group in the network era and the new enterprise strategic development stage under the background of this subversive innovative research and development strategy, HR is introduced in order to adapt to the strategic design and research organization, project management and evaluation system. Finally, the HR in the implementation process of subversive innovation in problems, these problems involve the creative source, the use of external resources, incentive mechanism and innovation of resistance and so on, these are related to the innovation and development strategy to subvert The fourth part is lost. With a SWOT analysis, the implementation of innovative research and development strategy to subvert the external environment and internal conditions of HR are analyzed. The fifth part introduces the implementation and security of HR subversion innovative development strategy the face of new situation and external demand, establish HR user interaction platform and resource integration platform two platform, to collect ideas for disruptive innovation and integration of technology, looking from the outside Resources, and establishing an effective mechanism to drive external resources to cooperatively complete the development of innovative products, to meet the needs of users. The HR also made innovation and subversion of the R & D organization structure and management mode, through self management, self driven "community of interests" mode, realize the operation and control of innovation project effectively, improve the information system HR also, to provide guarantee and support for the long-term subversion of innovative R & D project management. The sixth part is the implementation of the current HR innovative development strategy to subvert the summary, through the research on the implementation of HR innovative research and development strategy of subversion, and draws some useful conclusions, the third chapter puts forward the problems and challenges. This paper adopts the method of case study to implement disruptive innovative research and development strategy of HR as the research object; from the innovative research project as the basic point, the various elements of the implementation of the project: the project source and target, the project team and self management, project process and control of resources and security of the project, research and comprehensive analysis of input and output, describe the implementation of HR innovative R & D strategy subversion of comprehensive reform, and the whole process of open innovation project and ultimately safeguard market returns and, in the technology of subversion and innovation at the same time, subversion of the enterprise organization and management model, to ensure the implementation of technological innovation this is a kind of mode innovation, through this research, to show the application and upgrade the classic theory of innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises in China's development process, through the classical theory On the understanding and exploration, and for the enterprise and industry characteristics, the implementation of the strategy and route of enterprises through the implementation of innovative research and development strategy of subversion, safeguard the innovation effect and output, improve the core competitiveness, and to gain the competitive advantage in the industry, realize the leading position in the industry.
