【摘要】：正由英國(guó)、美國(guó)、中國(guó)、印度四國(guó)環(huán)保領(lǐng)域?qū)＜液献魍瓿傻囊豁?xiàng)調(diào)查報(bào)告稱,盡管中國(guó)的碳排放總量仍在增長(zhǎng),但中國(guó)碳排放量增速自2005年以來穩(wěn)步下降,2014年增速放緩至接近為零。這份名為《氣候變化:一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估》的報(bào)告稱,中國(guó)政府采取多項(xiàng)政策舉措,為減緩本國(guó)碳排放發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵作用。報(bào)告顯示,到2014年底,中國(guó)能源消耗強(qiáng)度比2005年時(shí)的水平下降了大約30%。報(bào)告認(rèn)為,中國(guó)碳排放量增速下降得益于中國(guó)改善能源結(jié)構(gòu)、提高能源利用效率、加大發(fā)展可再生能源的力度、加強(qiáng)空氣污染治理等措施的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Although China ' s total carbon emissions are still growing , China ' s carbon emissions have steadily declined since 2005 , slowing to nearly zero in 2014 , according to a report by the UK , the United States , China and India ' s four - country environmental experts . The report shows that the Chinese government has taken a number of policy initiatives to play a key role in slowing domestic carbon emissions . The report shows that China ' s decline in carbon emissions is due to China ' s efforts to improve energy structure , improve energy efficiency , increase the dynamics of renewable energy , and strengthen measures such as air pollution control .
