【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在近三十年來(lái)增長(zhǎng)迅速,并于2010年成為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。從經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)上看,制造業(yè)在這三十年間得到空前發(fā)展。而環(huán)境的污染和自然資源的過(guò)度利用也成為中國(guó)需要面對(duì)的首要問(wèn)題。中國(guó)的高速發(fā)展付出了環(huán)境的代價(jià),中國(guó)政府對(duì)環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題進(jìn)行管制,并且立法將發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)推上了一個(gè)新的高度。造紙是一個(gè)高資源消耗、高污染的行業(yè)。然而,紙又是生活消費(fèi)的必需品。在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的指導(dǎo)下,將造紙行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的線性發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐匝h(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)為基礎(chǔ)的閉環(huán)模式對(duì)造紙企業(yè)尤為重要。將企業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈管理并入循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的架構(gòu),并且以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)為背景優(yōu)化企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈具有極其重要的理論及實(shí)踐意義。論文的研究為基于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化造紙企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈提供了基本框架和理論依據(jù)。在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)與價(jià)值鏈管理的理論指導(dǎo)下,論文提出了優(yōu)化價(jià)值鏈的理論模型。首先,在對(duì)以往研究的回顧中,論文綜合總結(jié)了價(jià)值鏈管理與循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)理論,并且對(duì)閉環(huán)價(jià)值鏈中的重要環(huán)節(jié)再制造和逆向物流進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)研究,為概念模型的提出提供了理論指導(dǎo)。其次,在通過(guò)對(duì)造紙行業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析中,得出造紙企業(yè)的基本特點(diǎn)及問(wèn)題�；谛袠I(yè)特點(diǎn)對(duì)價(jià)值鏈中各個(gè)要素進(jìn)行了分析,提出了在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下各個(gè)要素活動(dòng)在造紙企業(yè)中如何實(shí)施并完善。論文從綠色采購(gòu)、再制造、清潔生產(chǎn)、綠色營(yíng)銷、現(xiàn)金流管理以及逆向物流入手,從各個(gè)方面為企業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈優(yōu)化提供可行性方案�；谥袊�(guó)造紙企業(yè)規(guī)模普遍偏小、利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)率降低等特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈以降低成本和利用綠色差異化而獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)為基礎(chǔ),論文中強(qiáng)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)管理技能在提高價(jià)值鏈效率等方面的重要性,也強(qiáng)調(diào)協(xié)調(diào)價(jià)值鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的重要性�；A(chǔ)的內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈與外部的輔助價(jià)值鏈協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展才會(huì)為企業(yè)帶來(lái)持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。在概念模型中,應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來(lái)獲得造紙行業(yè)中的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì),并規(guī)避產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),應(yīng)用外包理論,優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源分配最終達(dá)到成本的最小化以及獲得綠色差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。論文采用案例分析法,將所提出的概念模型應(yīng)用于中小造紙企業(yè),并對(duì)其模擬的應(yīng)用結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,結(jié)合企業(yè)的反饋,對(duì)模型的應(yīng)用條件以及要素進(jìn)行了修正。由于論文研究的前提是基于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的價(jià)值鏈管理,所以全文從文獻(xiàn)綜述到概念模型提出都強(qiáng)調(diào)價(jià)值鏈的閉環(huán)模式,也就是生產(chǎn)資料的利用與再利用。所以再制造與逆向物流是循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值鏈優(yōu)化的重要環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)合最優(yōu)的再制造策略與逆向物流策略,造紙企業(yè)可以優(yōu)化價(jià)值流程并且獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:China rapid economic growth in the past thirty years, and become the world's second largest economy in 2010. From the economic structure, the manufacturing industry has been an unprecedented development in the past thirty years. But the environmental pollution and excessive utilization of natural resources has become the most important issue to face. China high-speed development in China pay environment the cost Chinese government to control the environmental pollution problems, and the development of circular economy legislation will be pushed to a new height. The paper is a high resource consumption and high pollution industry. However, the paper is the necessities of life consumption. In the circular economy under the guidance of the thought, will change the traditional papermaking industry the linear growth model for closed loop mode based on circular economy is particularly important for papermaking enterprises. The enterprise value chain management is incorporated into the circular economy structure, and the circular economy as the background of the enterprise value chain optimization It has extremely important theoretical and practical significance. This study provides the basic framework and the theoretical basis for the optimization of papermaking enterprise value chain of circular economy. Based on theory of circular economy and management of value chain, the paper puts forward the optimization model of the value chain. First of all, in the review of previous research, this paper comprehensively summarized the theory of value chain management and circular economy, and the important link in the value chain of closed loop remanufacturing and reverse logistics are studied, and provides theoretical guidance for the proposed conceptual model. Secondly, in the paper industry through the analysis of the statistical data, the basic characteristics and problems of papermaking enterprise industry characteristics. The analysis of the various elements of the value chain based on the proposed under the circulation economy activities in the various elements in the papermaking enterprises how to implement and perfect from the green procurement, Re manufacturing, clean production, green marketing, cash flow management and logistics from the aspects of starting, provides a feasible scheme for the optimization of value chain enterprises. Based on the China papermaking enterprises generally small scale, profit growth rate and other characteristics, in order to reduce the cost and optimize the use of green difference and gain competitive advantage based on the enterprise value chain, importance of basic management skills in improving the efficiency of value chain the thesis emphasizes, also emphasized the importance of coordinating all aspects of the value chain. Only the coordinated development of auxiliary value chain internal value chain and external basis to bring sustainable competitive advantage for the enterprise. In the conceptual model, the application of strategic alliance to obtain economies of scale in papermaking industry in, and avoid the risk of overcapacity, the application of outsourcing theory, the optimization of enterprise resource allocation and ultimately achieve the minimization of the cost and get the green color of alienation Competitive advantage. This paper adopts the method of case study, the proposed model is applied to the concept of small and medium enterprise, and the application of the simulation results are evaluated according to enterprise feedback, and application conditions of the model elements are modified. The premise of this paper is the value chain management based on circular economy, so the from the literature review to the proposed conceptual model emphasizes the closed-loop mode of value chain, and then use that means of production. So the remanufacturing and reverse logistics is an important part of circular economy value chain optimization. Combining the optimal remanufacturing reverse logistics strategy and optimization strategy, value flow and gain a competitive advantage to papermaking enterprises.
