【摘要】：當(dāng)今科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展，新產(chǎn)品的生命周期不斷的縮短。特別是在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下，，企業(yè)面臨的不僅是國(guó)內(nèi)友商的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，還有來(lái)自全球各個(gè)國(guó)家企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如果誰(shuí)能率先將產(chǎn)品推向市場(chǎng)，誰(shuí)就在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得了先機(jī)。在這種背景下，試制作為產(chǎn)品研發(fā)到生產(chǎn)的重要一環(huán)，如何將實(shí)驗(yàn)室研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品又快又好的實(shí)現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)定型，越來(lái)越受到企業(yè)的重視。 本文主要依據(jù)全面質(zhì)量管理的思想，對(duì)如何提升HW公司模塊產(chǎn)品試制質(zhì)量的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析、研究和優(yōu)化。論文首先闡明本文研究課題的背景、目的以及意義。介紹當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)企業(yè)在試制質(zhì)量提升上采取的相關(guān)措施,以及一些質(zhì)量管理的理論。接著根據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的理論并結(jié)合HW公司模塊產(chǎn)品試制的實(shí)際情況，從公司產(chǎn)品試制流程、試制數(shù)據(jù)管理、IT系統(tǒng)、以及人員角色配合等方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)試制過(guò)程中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題點(diǎn)。再根據(jù)識(shí)別的問(wèn)題并結(jié)合公司的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化策略的可行性分析，確定改善的詳細(xì)計(jì)劃和實(shí)施方案。根據(jù)確定后的改善方案在公司進(jìn)行落地實(shí)施，并獲取改善方案實(shí)施后的產(chǎn)品試制數(shù)據(jù)，總結(jié)優(yōu)化方案在提升公司模塊試制質(zhì)量的作用：縮短了產(chǎn)品的試制周期，提升了產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量，降低了產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和維護(hù)的成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the new product life cycle is getting shorter. Especially under the background of economic globalization, enterprises are facing not only domestic friends of business competition, and competition from various countries around the world. If the enterprise who can lead to market, who in the competition to win the initiative in this background. The trial, as the product development to the production of an important part of how to achieve mass production type laboratory products faster and better, more and more attention by enterprises.
Total quality management based on the ideas on how to improve the product quality, the HW module is analyzed, studied and optimized. The paper firstly introduces the research background, purpose and significance. This paper introduced the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise related measures taken up in the trial quality, and some theories of quality management. Then according to the quality management theory and combining the actual situation of the company HW module product, from the process of trial products, trial data management, IT system, and the staff with aspects to analyze the current situation, I found some problems in trial production. According to the identification of problems and combining the actual situation of the company and improve analysis of the feasibility of optimization strategy, determine the detailed improvement plan and implementation plan. According to the improvement in the company were determined after the implementation, and won the After the implementation of the product trial data after the implementation of the improvement plan, we summarized the role of the optimization plan in improving the quality of the module trial production, which shortened the trial period of the product, improved the quality of product development, and reduced the cost of product development and maintenance.
