精益生產(chǎn)在華容雪花啤酒廠的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:啤酒企業(yè)要想在嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下生存和發(fā)展,必須不斷變革和創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)管理方式。在構(gòu)建華容雪花啤酒廠精益生產(chǎn)方案時(shí),以精益生產(chǎn)理論和方法為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。以華容雪花啤酒廠的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)整理、生產(chǎn)資料收集,利用看板管理、U型生產(chǎn)線、并行工程、全面質(zhì)量管理方法以及質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建華容雪花啤酒廠精益生產(chǎn)的實(shí)施方案。借助實(shí)際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),從勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、啤酒成本和啤酒合格率這三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)改進(jìn)后的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)提出將精益生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用到華容雪花啤酒廠的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)改造中實(shí)現(xiàn)了精益優(yōu)化在華容雪花啤酒廠生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用?窗、U型布局、并行設(shè)計(jì)、全面質(zhì)量管理方法以及質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)用,一方面,解決了該廠現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)存在諸多問(wèn)題,另一方面,提升生產(chǎn)效率和降低生產(chǎn)成本,增強(qiáng)了其在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的實(shí)力。(2)創(chuàng)建了基于并行工程的啤酒研制方法提出將并行工程思想用于啤酒研制的設(shè)計(jì)階段。設(shè)計(jì)階段是決定啤酒生產(chǎn)成本和生產(chǎn)效率的關(guān)鍵因素。為了控制設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量,將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和包裝設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)進(jìn)行,以減少設(shè)計(jì)變更、加快設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)程和降低生產(chǎn)成本。(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)了質(zhì)量管理的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用質(zhì)量管理的創(chuàng)造性主要體現(xiàn)在工序-責(zé)任人-質(zhì)量責(zé)任表、質(zhì)量工資和質(zhì)量知識(shí)庫(kù)的新型管理思路以及質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的使用。工序-責(zé)任人-質(zhì)量責(zé)任表明確了質(zhì)量責(zé)任;質(zhì)量工資對(duì)質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制具有積極刺激作用:質(zhì)量知識(shí)庫(kù)有利于質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的解決和生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)化;質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是質(zhì)量把控的信息化手段。
[Abstract]:Beer enterprises want to survive in the severe market environment and development, must change and innovation of production management. In the construction of lean production project of Huarong Snow Beer factory, with lean production theory and method based on the characteristics and problems of the existing production system was analyzed. The production system in Huarong Snow Beer factory for the object of study, through literature, production data collection, the use of Kanban management, U production line, concurrent engineering, total quality management methods and quality prediction system, implementation of the program of Huarong Snow Beer factory lean production. With the actual production data from the labor productivity, the cost of beer and beer qualified rate of the three indicators of evaluation the production system is improved. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the application of lean production to the transformation of the production system of Huarong Snow Beer factory implements lean optimization in China Using the volume Snow Beer factory production system. Kanban, U layout, concurrent design, application, comprehensive quality management methods and quality prediction system on the one hand, to solve the problems existing in the current production system of the factory, on the other hand, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, enhance its competitiveness in the market power. (2) to create a concurrent engineering beer concurrent engineering technology development method is proposed for the design stage based on the design stage. The beer is a key factor in determining the cost of beer production and production efficiency. In order to control the quality of design, product design, process design, test design and packaging design simultaneously, in order to reduce the design change, to speed up the design process and reduce the production cost. (3) the innovation and application of quality management is mainly reflected in the creative process - responsibility - quality responsibility, quality The use of new management ideas and management quality of the knowledge base and quality prediction system. The process responsible - quality responsibility table clear quality responsibility; positive quality pay stimulating effect on the quality of process control is: to optimize the quality of the knowledge base and production technology to solve quality problems; quality prediction system is the means to control the quality of information.
