【摘要】：煤炭是中國經(jīng)濟生產(chǎn)使用的主要能源,煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè)作為能源供應(yīng)部門一直以來都是政府關(guān)注的對象,其管理方式上不可避免的趨向于行政化管理,這種由于行政化手段下所表現(xiàn)出來的粗放式管理方法直接影響著煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和企業(yè)專業(yè)人才隊伍的成長,更嚴重的后果是使得煤炭企業(yè)的事故率居高不下。與此同時,企業(yè)精細化管理方法可以有效提高煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)濟和安全性等各方面。因此,將企業(yè)精細化管理植入煤炭型企業(yè),全面推行精細化管理,提高煤炭企業(yè)的管理水平,對企業(yè)和整個能源經(jīng)濟來說,都有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義和長遠意義。 本文運用企業(yè)發(fā)展周期理論、精細化管理理論、人本管理理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析法,研究了現(xiàn)階段我國煤炭企業(yè)存在的突出問題,提出解決問題的根本途徑是推行精細化管理；在對精細化管理的相關(guān)理論進行回顧和厘清的基礎(chǔ)上,自主研究開發(fā)了動靜態(tài)結(jié)合的精細化管理基本模式；從崗位、現(xiàn)場、流程、設(shè)備等方面對實施精細化管理的路徑進行了實務(wù)研究；并按照一分為二的觀點,對煤炭企業(yè)推行精細化管理的障礙和風(fēng)險進行了預(yù)防性研究并提出了相應(yīng)對策。 本論文共分以下六個部分：第一章,緒論部分首先介紹了煤炭企業(yè)精細化管理研究的背景、意義和方法。第二章,介紹了企業(yè)精細化管理理論的演變過程和精細化管理的理論要點。第三章,討論了動靜態(tài)結(jié)合的精細化管理基礎(chǔ)模式以及日常運行機制和精細化管理的信息化平臺。第四章,討論了精細化管理在煤炭企業(yè)崗位、現(xiàn)場、流程、設(shè)備等管理領(lǐng)域的實施路徑。第五章,對推行精細化管理的陷阱以及相應(yīng)對策進行了預(yù)防性研究。第六章,結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了本研究的特點與不足之處。
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy in China's economic production and use, and the development of coal industry is closely related to the development of the whole national economy. As an energy supply department, domestic coal enterprises have always been the object of attention of the government. Its management mode inevitably tends to administrative management, this kind of extensive management method under the administrative means directly affects the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the growth of professional personnel. The more serious consequence is that the accident rate of coal enterprises remains high. At the same time, the fine management methods can effectively improve the economy and safety of coal enterprises. It is of great practical and long-term significance for the enterprise and the whole energy economy to implant the fine management into the coal type enterprise, to carry out the fine management in an all-round way and to improve the management level of the coal enterprise. Using the theory of enterprise development cycle, fine management theory, human-oriented management theory and industry internal and external environment analysis, this paper studies the outstanding problems of coal enterprises in China at this stage. The basic way to solve the problem is to carry out fine management. On the basis of reviewing and clarifying the relevant theories of fine management, the basic mode of fine management combining dynamic and static is researched and developed independently. From the position, site, process, equipment and other aspects of the implementation of fine management path for practical research; According to the viewpoint of dividing one into two, this paper makes a preventive study on the obstacles and risks of implementing fine management in coal enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper is divided into the following six parts: chapter one, introduction first introduces the background, significance and methods of fine management research in coal enterprises. Chapter two. This paper introduces the evolution process of the fine management theory and the main points of the fine management theory. Chapter 3. This paper discusses the basic mode of fine management combined with dynamic and static state, the daily operation mechanism and the information platform of fine management. Chapter 4th discusses the fine management in the position, field and process of coal enterprises. The implementation path in the field of equipment and other management. 5th chapter, the implementation of meticulous management of the trap and the corresponding countermeasures for preventive research. 6th, the conclusion part, summed up the characteristics and shortcomings of this study.
