【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,科技的進(jìn)步,人們生活質(zhì)量也有了大幅提升,人們對(duì)健康有了更高的要求,同時(shí)由于現(xiàn)代生活壓力的不斷加大,人們希望以外出旅游得方式釋放自己的壓力,在旅游的過程中既放松了身心,也學(xué)會(huì)了一些養(yǎng)生保健的知識(shí)。中醫(yī)藥作為古老的傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué),因其簡(jiǎn)、便、廉、驗(yàn),副作用小,越來越被廣大民眾接受。本論文分析了我國(guó)當(dāng)代旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了發(fā)展的規(guī)律,提出了發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,為今后中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)提出了建議。本文正文主要分為六個(gè)部分,分析了中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)、提出了發(fā)展的思路及目標(biāo)、發(fā)展中的主要任務(wù)以及發(fā)展過程中的政策與保障。 第一部分為中醫(yī)藥旅游概述。著重闡述了中醫(yī)藥旅游概念的涵義,中醫(yī)藥旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì)、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展模式。 第二部分主要分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)中醫(yī)藥旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過列舉目前國(guó)內(nèi)一些地方中醫(yī)藥旅游的發(fā)展情況,分析國(guó)內(nèi)中醫(yī)藥旅游現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展過程中存在的一些問題。同時(shí)介紹了國(guó)外有關(guān)國(guó)家醫(yī)療旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 第三部分分析了中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)問題產(chǎn)生的原因,指出了發(fā)展中醫(yī)藥旅游的作用,論述了中醫(yī)藥旅游的發(fā)展?jié)摿η熬昂挖厔?shì)。 第四部分提出了中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的思路、產(chǎn)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)思想及發(fā)展原則。 第五部分提出了中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的主要任務(wù)：構(gòu)造中醫(yī)藥旅游的創(chuàng)新體系；開發(fā)多種多樣的中醫(yī)藥旅游適宜的養(yǎng)生保健方式；創(chuàng)新旅游品牌,打造特色旅游路線；加強(qiáng)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的國(guó)際醫(yī)療旅游服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)中醫(yī)藥旅游資源和特色優(yōu)勢(shì)的宣傳等。 第六部分提出中醫(yī)藥旅游發(fā)展政策保障措施。本章就法律及政策保障、建立專門的管理機(jī)構(gòu)、增加教育科研及宣傳力度、加強(qiáng)部門間合作及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定等有關(guān)中醫(yī)藥旅游政策保障問題提出建議。 本文通過全面的研究分析,分析并挖掘中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題,提出下一步發(fā)展的思路、措施及相關(guān)的政策保障,完善相關(guān)服務(wù)措施促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, people's quality of life has also been greatly improved, people have higher requirements for health, at the same time, because of the increasing pressure of modern life. People hope to release their pressure in the way of traveling. In the process of tourism, they have not only relaxed their body and mind, but also learned some knowledge of health care. Chinese medicine as an ancient traditional medicine, because of its simplicity, cheap. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of tourism in China, summarizes the law of development, and puts forward the existing problems in the process of development. The text of this paper is divided into six parts, analyzes the opportunities and challenges of TCM industry, and puts forward the development of ideas and objectives. The main task of development and the policy and guarantee in the process of development. The first part is an overview of Chinese medicine tourism, focusing on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine tourism, the advantages, characteristics and development model of traditional Chinese medicine tourism. The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine tourism in China, through enumerating the development situation of some local Chinese medicine tourism. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the current development of TCM tourism in China, and introduces the development status of medical tourism in foreign countries. The third part analyzes the causes of the related problems in Chinese medicine tourism industry, points out the role of developing traditional Chinese medicine tourism, and discusses the prospects and trends of the development potential of traditional Chinese medicine tourism. Part 4th puts forward the thinking, guiding ideology and developing principle of traditional Chinese medicine tourism industry. Part 5th puts forward the main tasks in the development of traditional Chinese medicine tourism industry: constructing the innovation system of traditional Chinese medicine tourism; Develop a variety of traditional Chinese medicine tourism suitable health care; Innovating tourism brand and creating characteristic tourism route; Strengthening the construction of international medical tourism service institutions with the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine; Strengthen traditional Chinese medicine tourism resources and characteristics of the advantages of publicity and so on. Part 6th puts forward the policy safeguard measures for the development of traditional Chinese medicine tourism. In this chapter, special management institutions are established for the protection of laws and policies, and the intensity of education, scientific research and publicity is increased. To strengthen inter-departmental cooperation and industry standards and other issues related to traditional Chinese medicine tourism policy protection. Through comprehensive research and analysis, this paper analyzes and excavates the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine tourism industry, and puts forward the ideas, measures and related policies for the next development. Improve related service measures to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine tourism industry.
