【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的日益提高和公眾對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)的快速崛起已經(jīng)引起政府、企業(yè)和社會(huì)的高度重視。雖然我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了巨大的進(jìn)步,但是與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然存在著很多不足,比如:企業(yè)數(shù)量多、市場(chǎng)集中度過(guò)低、沒(méi)有形成規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、科研投入不足、科研創(chuàng)新能力不高、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化高、缺乏自身的特色品牌和特色品種。目前,,醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)正面臨市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與調(diào)整的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,但過(guò)度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象日趨嚴(yán)重。所以,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)適當(dāng)?shù)募娌⒅亟M,能夠提高醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)集中度,形成規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的提高。此外,政府需要增加科研投入,鼓勵(lì)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新,加強(qiáng)國(guó)際合作,實(shí)施知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),促進(jìn)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文試圖以產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論為指導(dǎo),以醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)績(jī)效為切入點(diǎn)分析我國(guó)醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)行為和市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,挖掘其深層次原因,同時(shí),借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步探討我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of the level of economic development and increasing public demand for medical services, the pharmaceutical industry has caused the rapid rise of the government in our country, attaches great importance to the enterprise and society. Although China's pharmaceutical industry has made great progress, but compared with developed countries, China's pharmaceutical industry still has many problems, such as: the number of enterprises, the market concentration is too low, not the formation of economies of scale, inadequate investment in scientific research, scientific research and innovation ability is not high, high product homogeneity, the lack of their own brand characteristics and characteristics of cultivars. At present, the pharmaceutical industry is facing a critical period of upgrading and adjustment of the market structure, but the homogenization of the phenomenon of excessive competition and increasingly serious. Therefore, appropriate pharmaceutical enterprises mergers and acquisitions, can improve the pharmaceutical market concentration, scale economic benefit, and promote China's industrial structure upgrading and medicine The core competitive ability. In addition, the government needs to increase investment in scientific research, encourage the pharmaceutical enterprises independent innovation, strengthening international cooperation, the implementation of intellectual property protection, promote the sustainable development of China's pharmaceutical industry. This paper tries to use the theory of industrial organization, market performance in the pharmaceutical industry as the starting point analysis of the current situation of China's pharmaceutical market and market behavior the structure, dig their deep-seated reasons, at the same time, learn from the successful experience of developed countries, to further explore the related countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the market structure of China's pharmaceutical industry.
