【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要載體，又為其他傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的技術(shù)改造與結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)提供重要支撐。遼寧作為中國老工業(yè)基地，工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚，裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)體系比較完善，在規(guī)模、產(chǎn)值、市場競爭力等方面居全國領(lǐng)先地位。在遼寧裝備制造業(yè)快速增長的同時(shí)，行業(yè)發(fā)展不均衡、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)等問題也十分凸出。總產(chǎn)值、市場集中度、產(chǎn)業(yè)增長能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利能力等經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)和效益指標(biāo)與長三角、珠三角的發(fā)達(dá)省區(qū)之間的差距呈逐年擴(kuò)大的趨勢。 本文重點(diǎn)研究遼寧裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升問題，從遼寧裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題和困惑出發(fā)，立足于核心競爭力指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建，著力于剖析遼寧裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素，從集群發(fā)展、管理創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新等視角提出切合實(shí)際和可操作性的對(duì)策和措施。具體來說，全文共分為四大部分： 一、緒論。主要介紹文章的選題背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的意義、研究方法、基本結(jié)構(gòu)和主要內(nèi)容，并簡要說明文章的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。 二、遼寧裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與SWOT分析。首先，定量分析遼寧裝備制造業(yè)的布局，包括區(qū)位布局、行業(yè)分布、外資分布及位次，多指標(biāo)綜合分析遼寧裝備制造業(yè)規(guī)模、水平、成就及存在的主要問題。之后，利用SWOT法，分析遼寧裝備制造業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中存在的優(yōu)劣勢、機(jī)遇與威脅，明確遼寧在推動(dòng)裝備制造業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張及轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)中的外部環(huán)境與約束，進(jìn)而認(rèn)清優(yōu)勢、發(fā)現(xiàn)不足，抓住機(jī)遇，，更好地迎接挑戰(zhàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)遼寧裝備制造業(yè)的持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展。 三、遼寧裝備制造業(yè)核心競爭力的實(shí)證分析。首先利用主成分分析法，將多個(gè)變量用n個(gè)因子來替代，計(jì)算遼寧及其他�。ㄊ校┚C合得分，并排序，從而直觀地表現(xiàn)遼寧裝備制造業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、市場規(guī)模、效率及技術(shù)改造與創(chuàng)新等領(lǐng)域的水平。其次，對(duì)遼寧裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模進(jìn)行分行業(yè)分析，利用總資產(chǎn)貢獻(xiàn)率、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率、成本費(fèi)用利潤率、銷售率等指標(biāo)衡量遼寧裝備制造業(yè)中各個(gè)行業(yè)的層次與水平，并與其他�。ㄊ校┱归_比較分析，明確遼寧裝備制造業(yè)中各行業(yè)競爭力水平。第三，對(duì)遼寧裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行分行業(yè)分析和闡釋，構(gòu)建技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系，利用創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、政策支持三個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)，RD經(jīng)費(fèi)、引進(jìn)消化吸收費(fèi)用，創(chuàng)新資金中來源與政府的比重等9個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)來全面客觀的衡量遼寧裝備制造業(yè)存在的優(yōu)勢與不足，以行業(yè)層面來展開技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力省際比較分析。 四、提高遼寧裝備制造業(yè)核心競爭力的對(duì)策與建議。從加強(qiáng)集群建設(shè)、完善創(chuàng)新服務(wù)平臺(tái)、創(chuàng)新融資服務(wù)體系三個(gè)視角探索裝備制造業(yè)競爭力提升路徑與對(duì)策。 通過本文的研究，進(jìn)一步豐富關(guān)于裝備制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域的研究成果，深入挖掘裝備制造業(yè)存在的問題及深層影響因素，破解產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展瓶頸和現(xiàn)實(shí)困惑，為遼寧裝備制造業(yè)的的發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒和理論參考。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is an important carrier of national economic growth , and provides important support for technical transformation and structural upgrading of other traditional industrial sectors . Liaoning , as an old industrial base in China , has a leading position in the field of scale , output value and market competitiveness . This paper focuses on the competitive promotion of Liaoning ' s equipment manufacturing industry , based on the realistic problems and confusion of the development of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry , based on the construction of the index system of core competence , and puts forward the countermeasures and measures of practical and operable measures from the perspectives of cluster development , management innovation and institutional innovation . This paper mainly introduces the background of topic selection , the research situation , the significance , the research methods , the basic structure and the main contents of the research , and gives a brief description of the innovation points and shortcomings of the article . Secondly , the present situation and SWOT analysis of Liaoning ' s equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed . First , the layout of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed quantitatively , including location layout , industry distribution , foreign investment distribution and the main problems existing in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry scale , level , achievement and existence . After that , SWOT method is used to analyze the external environment and constraints of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry in the development process . This paper analyzes the industrial scale of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry by using the principal component analysis method , and then calculates the level and level of Liaoning ' s equipment manufacturing industry by using n factors . Secondly , it analyzes and analyzes the industrial scale of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry , and makes use of nine secondary indexes such as contribution rate of total assets , asset - liability ratio , cost - cost profit margin and sales rate to measure the competitive level of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry . 4 . To improve the countermeasure and suggestion of the core competitiveness of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry . From the three perspectives of strengthening cluster construction , perfecting the innovation service platform and innovative financing service system , we explore the ways and countermeasures to improve the competitive power of equipment manufacturing . Through the research in this paper , we further enrich the research achievements in the field of equipment manufacturing , deeply explore the problems and deep influence factors in the equipment manufacturing industry , solve the development bottleneck and reality confusion of the industry , and provide the experience reference and theoretical reference for the development of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry .
