【摘要】：工業(yè)制造業(yè)在我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中占有最重要的地位之一,推行工業(yè)企業(yè)的信息化是實現(xiàn)我國現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理的重要工作內(nèi)容,國家在工業(yè)企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)上大力扶持,例如“兩化融合”的實施是工信部重點工作之一。隨著信息化在各企業(yè)的不斷推進(jìn),ERP的推廣應(yīng)用作為工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化基礎(chǔ)工作也越來越普遍,因此對ERP應(yīng)用水平進(jìn)行評估和分析成為保障企業(yè)信息化投資價值實現(xiàn)的重要手段。本文基于此出發(fā)點,通過運用績效評估的相關(guān)理論工具對企業(yè)信息化應(yīng)用水平進(jìn)行評估體系設(shè)計,包括優(yōu)化信息化運營評估的指標(biāo)體系、完善評估指標(biāo)的計算方法和計算工具、以及充實評估后持續(xù)改善的方法論,最終達(dá)到提高工業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的投資回報率。本文首先對ERP運營評估的國內(nèi)外研究情況做整體分析,接著對亞威的背景資料進(jìn)行敘述,特別是亞威ERP實施后的問題情況做了介紹�；谇笆銮闆r,開展了亞威ERP運營評估體系的研究并具體在該企業(yè)上實踐,整個研究過程采用了德爾菲法以及層次分析法�；趤喭﨓RP評估體系的評估結(jié)果深化研究,本文認(rèn)為ERP評估體系并非理論和書面文章,而應(yīng)該基于此評估的結(jié)果將評估體系具體化、工具化；目的是為了將ERP的評估實施過程更為客觀和簡便,將評估主體工作從眾多的數(shù)字和統(tǒng)計上的工作量轉(zhuǎn)移到評估結(jié)果分析、管理考核、以及持續(xù)跟進(jìn)。在本文結(jié)論部分,將ERP評估體系的作用擴延：ERP運營評估不僅僅是ERP實施后的工作,而應(yīng)該是貫穿信息化的全生命周期的過程。只有這樣,整個評估體系才能發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial manufacturing industry occupies one of the most important position in the industrial structure of our country, the implementation of industrial enterprises informationization is an important content of modern enterprise management in our country, in the information construction of industrial enterprises to vigorously support, such as the implementation of "two integration" is one of the focus of the work of the Ministry. With the information in the the enterprise continues to promote the popularization and application of ERP information as a basic work of industrial enterprises is becoming more and more popular, so the evaluation and analysis become an important means to guarantee the realization of enterprise informatization investment value of the ERP application level. Based on this starting point, through to the enterprise information application level of related theoretical tools used in the appraisal system design the index system, including optimization of information operations assessment, improve the calculation methods and tools of evaluation index and evaluation to enrich Continuous improvement methodology, ultimately improve the industrial enterprises return on investment. The research situation at home and abroad to do the whole analysis based on ERP operation evaluation, then described the background of Yahweh introduced, especially the problem of Yawei after the implementation of ERP. Based on the foregoing research Yawei ERP operation the evaluation system and the specific practice in the enterprise, the whole process of the research by Delphy Fa and AHP. The evaluation results Yawei ERP assessment system to deepen the study based on the ERP theory and the evaluation system is not written article in this paper, and this should be based on the results of the assessment will be the evaluation system of specific tools, in order to; the evaluation of ERP implementation process is more objective and convenient, the assessment of the main work from many figures and statistics on the workload to the analysis of the evaluation results, test management Core and continuous follow-up. In the conclusion of this paper, we extend the role of ERP evaluation system: ERP operation evaluation is not only the work after ERP implementation, but also throughout the whole life cycle process of informatization. Only in this way, the whole evaluation system can play its due role.
