【摘要】:近年來,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)與現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展深深地影響著醫(yī)藥物流領(lǐng)域。傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)藥物流配送模式已經(jīng)發(fā)展滯后,難以適應(yīng)醫(yī)藥市場需求,使得醫(yī)藥企業(yè)在市場競爭中出現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)不斷擴(kuò)展,組織規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,毛利率不斷下降等各種突出的問題。流通費用高、效益差也已經(jīng)成為制約醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)發(fā)展的主要瓶頸。 文章選取深圳市健華有限公司的物流配送模式為具體研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外物流配送理論的研究,以及對健華醫(yī)藥有限公司的物流配送現(xiàn)狀考察,指出健華公司物流配送系統(tǒng)存在物流配送效率低、流通成本高、配送中心設(shè)備利用率低及信息化管理水平較低等問題,并對該公司醫(yī)藥物流配送系統(tǒng)問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了該公司醫(yī)藥物流配送系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)方案。該方案主要在配送模式、組織形式、業(yè)務(wù)流程以及配送中心經(jīng)營與功能方面提出了改進(jìn)措施,最終確定聯(lián)合物流配送模式為適合公司發(fā)展的最優(yōu)方案。最后,文章從物流配送人力資源保障、醫(yī)藥物流信息系統(tǒng)打造及戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟建立等方面提出了健華公司配送系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的保障措施。 文章不僅對物流配送理論進(jìn)行了充分的研究,,更能夠幫助深圳健華醫(yī)藥有限公司解決在醫(yī)藥物流配送過程中存在的問題,滿足企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的要求,提升公司的市場核心競爭力。此外,文章所提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案對于其他醫(yī)藥物流公司也能提供一定的借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry and modern logistics industry has deeply affected the field of pharmaceutical logistics. The traditional medical logistics distribution model has lagged behind, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical market. The pharmaceutical enterprises in the market competition has appeared a variety of outstanding problems, such as continuous expansion of business, expanding the scale of organizations, declining gross profit rate and other outstanding problems, high circulation costs. Poor efficiency has also become the main bottleneck restricting the development of pharmaceutical logistics industry. This paper selects the logistics distribution model of Shenzhen Jianhua Co., Ltd as the specific research object, through the domestic and foreign logistics distribution theory research, as well as the Jianhua medicine limited company logistics distribution present situation inspection. It is pointed out that the logistics distribution system of Jianhua Company has some problems, such as low efficiency of logistics distribution, high circulation cost, low utilization rate of equipment in distribution center and low level of information management. On the basis of the analysis of the causes of the problems in the pharmaceutical logistics distribution system of the company, the improvement scheme of the pharmaceutical logistics distribution system of the company is put forward, which is mainly in the distribution mode and organizational form. Business process and distribution center management and function aspects of the improvement measures to determine the United logistics distribution model for the company's development of the best solution. Finally, the article from the logistics distribution of human resources protection. This paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the improvement of the distribution system of Jianhua Company from the aspects of the establishment of the medical logistics information system and the establishment of the strategic alliance. The article not only has carried on the thorough research to the logistics distribution theory, but also can help Shenzhen Jianhua Medical Co., Ltd. to solve the problems existing in the process of the medical logistics distribution, and to meet the requirements of the long-term development of the enterprise. In addition, the optimal design scheme proposed in this paper can also provide some reference for other pharmaceutical logistics companies.
