【摘要】：2014年,一方面由于玉米價格持續(xù)高位,生產(chǎn)成本壓力增加,廠家長期處于虧損狀態(tài)而降低開工率,中國賴氨酸產(chǎn)量下降;另一方面出口量增長,中國地區(qū)供大于求現(xiàn)象有所緩解,賴氨酸價格低位反彈。根據(jù)廠家反饋信息,未來1~2年全球賴氨酸產(chǎn)能將達(dá)到410萬t以上,中國產(chǎn)能將達(dá)到233萬t左右。2014年中國地區(qū)蛋氨酸供應(yīng)量18.8萬t,需求量17.5萬t。供應(yīng)方面,重慶紫光固體蛋氨酸停產(chǎn),南京安迪蘇液體蛋氨酸供應(yīng)國內(nèi)。蛋氨酸進(jìn)口總量下降,其中固體蛋氨酸進(jìn)口略有增加,而液體蛋氨酸進(jìn)口顯著下降。需求方面,小麥、大麥、高粱、菜籽替代明顯,添加量有所增加,但由于養(yǎng)殖形勢低迷,禽料需求下降,以及下半年蛋氨酸價格走高,導(dǎo)致蛋氨酸需求下降。
[Abstract]:In 2014, on the one hand as corn prices continued high production costs, the increase of pressure, the manufacturers at a loss and reduce the long-term operating rate, Chinese lysine production decline; on the other hand, the growth of exports, Chinese area oversupply phenomenon eased, lysine price low rebound. According to the feedback from manufacturers, the global lysine production capacity will reach 4 million 100 thousand T over the next 1~2 years, and China's capacity will reach about 2 million 330 thousand T. In 2014, the supply of methionine in China was 188 thousand T, and the demand was 175 thousand T. Supply, Chongqing violet solid methionine production, Nanjing Andy Su liquid methionine supply domestic. The total amount of methionine imports decreased, and the import of solid methionine increased slightly, while the import of liquid methionine decreased significantly. In terms of demand, wheat, barley, sorghum and rapeseed were replaced obviously, and the amount of addition increased. However, due to the low breeding situation, the decline of poultry demand and the high price of methionine in the second half of the year led to a decline in methionine demand.
