【摘要】：目前，精細(xì)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)之間競爭最重要的表現(xiàn)形式，精細(xì)化管理決定了企業(yè)未來競爭的成敗，作為科學(xué)管理之魂的精細(xì)化管理，量化是其主要內(nèi)容。而煤礦不同與一般企業(yè)，其生產(chǎn)過程復(fù)雜，人員眾多，受地理環(huán)境影響非常明顯，不易控制，，不同單位業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)別較大，很難形成統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理流程和模式，管理越精細(xì)，需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)量越大。所以煤礦企業(yè)實(shí)行精細(xì)化管理的主要問題是數(shù)據(jù)量化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。因此本文通過對煤礦企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析整理，以精細(xì)化管理為手段，構(gòu)建適應(yīng)煤礦需要的精細(xì)化管理模式——基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫原理的煤礦精細(xì)化管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在對我國煤礦精細(xì)化管理的研究現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫原理，提出了適合煤礦管理現(xiàn)狀的煤礦精細(xì)化管理模式，即以任務(wù)管理為主要內(nèi)容和基線，以功能位置為結(jié)點(diǎn)，以檔案管理為基點(diǎn)和載體，建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任務(wù)工作數(shù)據(jù)倉庫，從而形成以制度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檔案和考核四位一體的精細(xì)化管理模式。并對任務(wù)分解原則和方法、功能位置及技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建方法進(jìn)行研究。基于這個(gè)模式，將數(shù)據(jù)倉庫原理和精細(xì)化管理精髓緊密融入到平煤股份十二礦的管理實(shí)踐中，逐步構(gòu)建平煤股份十二礦精細(xì)化管理體系。本文的研究豐富了煤礦精細(xì)化管理實(shí)踐，對煤礦精細(xì)化管理具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, meticulous has become the most important form of competition among enterprises. Meticulous management determines the success or failure of future competition of enterprises, and the main content is fine management and quantification of the soul of scientific management. But mine is different from general enterprises, the production process is complicated, many people affected by the impact of geographical environment is very obvious, is not easy to control, different business units are different, it is difficult to form a unified standardized management process and management mode, more sophisticated, the greater the amount of data need to be processed. Therefore, the main problem of implementing fine management in coal mining enterprises is to quantify and standardize the data. Therefore, this paper analyzes and collate all aspects of the production process of the coal mine, and uses meticulous management as a means to build a fine management mode to meet the needs of the coal mine. The meticulous management of the coal mine based on the data warehouse principle has important practical significance.
