【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展以及工業(yè)水平的不斷提高,各行業(yè)對基礎(chǔ)化工產(chǎn)品的需求不斷攀升。本文所研究的項目建設(shè)和投產(chǎn),有利于充分發(fā)展YY公司一期氯堿項目,利用先進的技術(shù)水平生產(chǎn)市場急缺的氯化亞砜產(chǎn)品,對發(fā)展我國的氯堿化工產(chǎn)業(yè)以及提升氯堿化工產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)可以起到積極的助推作用,也是YY集團提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益及核心競爭力和多方位增強抗風(fēng)險能力、堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重大舉措。因此,對YY集團的融資存在的問題進行深入的探究,有助于提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟運營效率,避免各種在項目融資中可能出現(xiàn)的經(jīng)濟、政治等風(fēng)險,最終提升集團的綜合實力。論文首先敘述了研究背景、研究意義、研究方法和主要創(chuàng)新點及不足之處,對已有的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻進行了梳理歸納,從而為后續(xù)研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對我國項目融資情況進行了較全面的分析。通過對關(guān)于項目融資的不同定義的歸納,厘清了項目融資的基本概念。就項目融資與傳統(tǒng)融資方式進行了綜合比較,指出了項目融資的優(yōu)點和不足,并總結(jié)了項目融資的幾種主要模式。進一步地,從項目特征、項目發(fā)起人背景、項目融資環(huán)境、國家投資政策和融資渠道及方式等方面分析了我國項目融資的主要影響因素。闡述了我國項目融資存在的主要問題,集中表現(xiàn)在融資資金結(jié)構(gòu)、融資擔(dān)保和融資風(fēng)險等幾個方面。再次,本文基于項目融資的基本相關(guān)理論,描述了YY集團和其項目的概況,結(jié)合YY集團精細化工和配套工程的項目特點和已有融資的實際情況,估算了項目總投資,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了初步的設(shè)計方案。然后就融資模式、資金構(gòu)成、預(yù)計的投資回收期、內(nèi)部收益率等問題對該項目的融資方案進行了詳細研究�？偨Y(jié)了經(jīng)過初步設(shè)計的YY集團融資方案中存在的不足之處,例如融資結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡,項目發(fā)起人較為單一,融資擔(dān)保不可靠等,也指出了一些項目融資可能面臨的潛在風(fēng)險。然后,論文在系統(tǒng)分析了眾多國內(nèi)外企業(yè)項目融資成功案例的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了許多成功經(jīng)驗,為YY集團改進融資方案提供參考。具體融資策略包括:引入其他發(fā)起人,降低融資負擔(dān);融資方式多樣化,使資金結(jié)構(gòu)更合理;改善融資擔(dān)保模式,減輕公司擔(dān)保責(zé)任;加強項目融資的風(fēng)險控制。最后,為了更好地解決YY集團項目融資的問題,本文通過借鑒國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)成功融資的經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合項目的實際情況提出了YY集團精細化工及配套工程項目融資方案實施的保障措施和其它對策建議。本研究對同類企業(yè)的項目融資有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the industrial level, the demand for basic chemical products in various industries is increasing. This paper studies the project construction and operation, is conducive to the full development of YY company a chlor alkali project, using advanced production technology market shortage of thionyl chloride products, the development of China's chlor alkali chemical industry and upgrading the chlor alkali chemical industry technology can play a positive role, but also enhance the enterprise economic YY group the benefit and the core competitiveness and enhance comprehensive major initiatives in anti risk ability, adhere to the strategy of sustainable development. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the financing problems of YY group helps to improve the economic operation efficiency of enterprises, avoid all kinds of economic and political risks that may arise in project financing, and ultimately enhance the comprehensive strength of the group. This paper first describes the research background, research significance, research methods, main innovations and shortcomings, and summarizes the existing research literatures both at home and abroad, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further research. Secondly, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the situation of project financing in China. Through the induction of different definitions of project financing, the basic concept of project financing is clarified. This paper makes a comprehensive comparison between project financing and traditional financing methods, points out the advantages and disadvantages of project financing, and summarizes several main modes of project financing. Further, from the aspects of project characteristics, project sponsor background, project financing environment, national investment policy and financing channels and ways, the main influencing factors of project financing in China are analyzed. This paper expounds the main problems of project financing in China, and focuses on the financing structure, financing guarantee and financing risk. Again, the basic theory of project financing based on the description of the general situation of YY group and its project, combined with the characteristics of the project YY group fine chemical industry and supporting the project and the actual existing financing situation, estimated total investment of the project, and put forward the preliminary design scheme. Then the financing scheme, the capital structure, the expected investment recovery period, the internal rate of return and other issues are studied in detail. The shortcomings of YY group financing scheme after preliminary design are summarized. For example, the financing structure is not balanced, the project sponsor is single, and the financing guarantee is not reliable. It also points out some potential risks that some project financing faces. Then, based on a systematic analysis of many successful cases of project financing at home and abroad, the paper summarizes many successful experiences, and provides reference for YY group to improve its financing plan. Specific financing strategies include introducing other promoters, reducing financing burden, diversifying financing ways, making capital structure more reasonable, improving financing guarantee mode, reducing company's liability for guarantee, and strengthening risk control of project financing. Finally, in order to solve the problem of the project financing of YY group, the successful financing of domestic and foreign enterprises experience, combined with the actual situation of the project implementation of the proposed YY group fine chemical industry and supporting engineering project financing scheme of safeguard measures and other countermeasures. This study has some implications for the project financing of similar enterprises.
