【摘要】：近年來,煤礦安全事故頻發(fā),不僅在社會上造成惡劣影響,也給企業(yè)造成巨大的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,同時(shí)危及企業(yè)員工的生命安全,完善的煤礦安全文化建設(shè)體系是礦工的生命安全的保障。加強(qiáng)煤炭生產(chǎn)安全管理對于保障礦工生命安全和煤炭工業(yè)的發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。通過對安全觀念文化提升、安全行為文化建設(shè)加強(qiáng)、安全制度促進(jìn)和加大安全物態(tài)文化建設(shè)投入,思考煤炭企業(yè)安全文化,以便于可以在一定程度上對煤炭企業(yè)的安全問題提出一些解決方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, coal mine safety accidents happen frequently, which not only cause bad effects in society, but also cause huge property losses to enterprises, and at the same time endanger the life safety of employees. Improving the safety culture construction system of coal mines is the guarantee for life safety of miners. It is of profound significance to strengthen the safety management of coal production to ensure the safety of miners' life and the development of the coal industry. Through the promotion of safety concept culture, the enhancement of safety behavior culture construction, the promotion of safety system and the increase of safety physical culture construction, we should consider the safety culture of coal enterprises, so that we can provide some solutions to the safety problems of coal enterprises to a certain extent.
