文章摘要：利用中國地級及以上城市的面板數(shù)據(jù),在傳統(tǒng)柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)中加入工業(yè)用地要素構(gòu)建廣義柯布道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù),實證研究工業(yè)用地要素對中國城市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻.研究結(jié)果表明：（1）2000 ～ 2011年、2007～2011年、2000 ～2006年三個時段工業(yè)用地對中國城市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率分別為9.28％、6.85％和3.78％.（2）研究期間,長三角地區(qū)、珠三角地區(qū)、環(huán)渤海地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)和中西部及其他地區(qū)工業(yè)用地對工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率分別為30.97％、17.54％、20.97％、18.69％、3.42％.主要得出以下結(jié)論：（1）工業(yè)用地要素對中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長有顯著的貢獻,隨著時間的推移,其貢獻率不斷升高.（2）自2007年起推行的工業(yè)用地招拍掛出讓制度,對抑制工業(yè)用地的低成本擴張、提高工業(yè)用地利用效率起到了積極作用,增加了土地資源對社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的貢獻.（3）工業(yè)用地要素對工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻具有顯著的區(qū)域差異,東部沿海地區(qū)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于中西部及其他地區(qū).

Abstr：This paper makes an empirical research on the contribution of industrial land elements to industrial economic growth in Chinese mainland cities. It builds a generalized Cobb Douglas function by counting the Industrial land elements as an independent variable because of its special role played in Chinese industrial economic growth with the panel data of cities at prefecture level and above in China. The main results are as follows： Firstly, the contribution rate of the industrial land to the economic growth of China＇s urban industrial are 9.28% , 6. 85% and 3.78% . In 2000 - 2011 , 2007 - 2011, 2000 - 2006 respectively. Secondly, during the study period, the contribution rate of industrial land to the industrial of economic growth are 30.97% , 17.54% , 20. 97% , 18.69% , 3.42% respectively in the Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, bohai sea region, the northeast and Midwest and other parts. The main conclusions are as follows： there are significant contributions of Industrial land elements to industrial economic growth in China, and the contribution goes up as time goes by. （2）The implement of industrial land for bidding, auction and quotation has played a positive role in curbing the low-cost expansion of industrial land, improving the efficiency of industrial land use. And it also increases the contribution of industrial land resources to the sustainable development of society and economy. （3） There are significant regional differences in the contribution of industrial land to the growth of industrial economy, that the contribution rate in eastern coastal regions are apparently higher than that in Midwest and elsewhere.
