【摘要】：湖南省縣域電商發(fā)展迅速,已成為縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新的增長極,具有工作組織健全,縣域電子商務初具規(guī)模,電商主體初步育成,配套支撐體系日臻完善等特點,總體呈現(xiàn)氛圍濃厚、起步良好,進展有序、全面高效,模式豐富、發(fā)展迅速趨勢,但存在縣域發(fā)展不均衡、規(guī)�；�、標準化低等問題,應結合自身實際,通過搭建統(tǒng)一平臺、培育本土電商,建立完善現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營體系的等措施,積極創(chuàng)新思路,建成湖南縣域電商生態(tài)體系,實現(xiàn)跨越發(fā)展,為湖南省乃至全國縣域電商發(fā)展模式創(chuàng)新,資源有效整合,縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of county e-commerce in Hunan Province, it has become a new growth pole of county economic development, with the characteristics of sound work organization, county e-commerce beginning to take shape, the main body of e-commerce initially bred, the supporting support system becoming more and more perfect, etc., the overall atmosphere is strong, the start is good, the progress is orderly, the overall and efficient, the mode is rich, the development trend is rapid, but there are some problems, such as uneven county development, large-scale, low standardization and so on. Combined with their own reality, we should build a unified platform, cultivate local e-commerce, establish and improve modern agricultural industry, production, management system and other measures, actively innovate ideas, build Hunan county e-commerce ecological system, achieve leapfrogging development, provide theoretical reference for Hunan and even the whole country county e-commerce development model innovation, effective integration of resources, county economic development.
