定制家居企業(yè)S公司的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國家居行業(yè)隨著市場競爭加劇,產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重,致使行業(yè)發(fā)展陷入呆滯的狀態(tài),其中成品家具業(yè)更是進(jìn)入衰退期,但以定制模式為主的定制家居行業(yè)如整體櫥柜業(yè)、定制衣柜業(yè)等卻呈現(xiàn)生機(jī)勃勃的景象,年均大約以20%的速度持續(xù)增長,然如此好的發(fā)展勢態(tài)并沒有消除現(xiàn)有定制家居企業(yè)對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代發(fā)展的憂慮。定制家居從業(yè)人員雖然長期實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)式商業(yè),但面臨新興互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思想和電子商務(wù)模式的沖擊,表現(xiàn)得仍是茫然甚至是恐慌,因?yàn)闃I(yè)內(nèi)多數(shù)人認(rèn)為如此繁雜需要量身定制的產(chǎn)品,幾乎不可能“觸電”的。然而,2013年全國定制家居電商的銷售額就已超過百億元人民幣,涌現(xiàn)出了以科技型S公司為代表的明星品牌,其創(chuàng)新帶來的影響力和銷售額快速增長超過了絕大多數(shù)經(jīng)營了幾十年的家居企業(yè)。本文則是在商業(yè)形態(tài)、消費(fèi)群體、消費(fèi)習(xí)慣等在不斷變化的情況下,通過研究S公司的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,總結(jié)其創(chuàng)新的商業(yè)模式,揭示其核心創(chuàng)新要素如技術(shù)、信息、人才和創(chuàng)始基因,進(jìn)一步揭示新型定制家居企業(yè)不僅是在渠道、終端、傳播、支付等方面的變革,更是在商業(yè)生態(tài)中的時間,空間,媒體和關(guān)系等方面的突破,同時也指出其創(chuàng)新中存在外部挑戰(zhàn)和內(nèi)部約束,加以定性和定量研究分析并給出積極的發(fā)展策略和建設(shè)性的解決方案,以希望其抓住趨勢和機(jī)遇,發(fā)展得更好更快,同時也希望給予迷茫的傳統(tǒng)定制家居企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示啟發(fā)和指導(dǎo)路徑,完成企業(yè)的升級轉(zhuǎn)型,避免走彎路或少走彎路!

[Abstract]:In recent years, with the intensification of market competition in China's household industry, the phenomenon of product homogenization is very serious, resulting in the development of the industry into a dull state, in which the finished furniture industry has entered a period of decline, but the custom home industry, such as the overall cabinet industry and custom cabinet industry, which is dominated by custom mode, has shown a vibrant scene, with an average annual growth rate of about 20%. However, such a good development situation has not dispelled the existing custom home enterprises to the Internet era development worries. Although custom home practitioners have been practicing experiential business for a long time, they are still at a loss or even panic in the face of the impact of emerging Internet ideas and e-commerce models, because most people in the industry believe that it is almost impossible to "shock" products that require tailor-made products. However, in 2013, the sales of custom home ecommerce in 2013 have exceeded 10 billion yuan, and a star brand represented by technology S company has emerged, and its innovation has brought more influence and sales than the vast majority of household enterprises that have been operating for decades.
