基于用戶體驗(yàn)的紡織行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的深化發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)已從原先的B2C、C2C轉(zhuǎn)移到B2B領(lǐng)域,各個(gè)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的電子商務(wù)化都在加速,一大批垂直類的B2B電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)品先后上線運(yùn)營(yíng)。紡織行業(yè)作為我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)支柱行業(yè),也借助這一波B2B發(fā)展浪潮加速行業(yè)的電子商務(wù)改造。與之對(duì)口的專門服務(wù)于紡織行業(yè)的電子商務(wù)APP也在近兩三年里先后出現(xiàn)。用戶在享受電子商務(wù)帶來(lái)的便利的同時(shí),也對(duì)這些APP的用戶體驗(yàn)提出了更高的要求。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前主要存在以下問(wèn)題:(1)缺乏針對(duì)B2B行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP領(lǐng)域的研究。(2)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)流程對(duì)紡織行業(yè)的適用性有限。(3)缺乏針對(duì)電子商務(wù)APP的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)價(jià)研究。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了以下的研究工作:(1)研究和分析電子商務(wù)和用戶體驗(yàn)的相關(guān)理論。(2)構(gòu)建了紡織行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP的用戶體驗(yàn)?zāi)P汀?3)完成了基于用戶體驗(yàn)的紡織行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,即搜芽APP 2.0,已經(jīng)投入使用。(4)完成了紡織行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)以用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合紡織行業(yè)B2B電子商務(wù)的具體情況,以搜芽APP為例,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證了本研究提出的紡織行業(yè)電子商務(wù)APP的用戶體驗(yàn)?zāi)P湍軌蛴行У胤治霎a(chǎn)品問(wèn)題,提供改進(jìn)依據(jù)。為用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)在B2B電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)行一個(gè)有意義的嘗試,豐富了電子商務(wù)APP分類研究的方向,為用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of e-commerce in our country, the growth point in the field of e-commerce has been transferred from the former B2C and C2C to the B2B field, and the e-commerce of each traditional industry is accelerating, and a large number of vertical-class B2B e-commerce products are running on line. As a traditional textile industry in our country, the textile industry also accelerates the e-business transformation of the industry by means of this wave of B2B development. The e-commerce app, which is specially designed to serve in the textile industry, has also appeared in nearly two or three years. While enjoying the convenience of e-commerce, the user has made a higher request for the user experience of these apps. Through the research in the field of domestic user experience design, there are mainly the following problems: (1) The lack of research on the application of the electronic commerce in the B2B industry. (2) The standard user experience design process has limited applicability to the textile industry. (3) Lack of evaluation of the user experience design for the E-commerce APP. In order to solve these problems, the following research work is carried out: (1) research and analyze the relevant theories of e-commerce and user experience. And (2) the user experience model of the electronic commerce APP in the textile industry is constructed. (3) The design and practice of E-commerce APP in the textile industry based on the user experience, that is, the search for APP 2.0, has been put into use. (4) The design and evaluation of the electronic commerce APP in the textile industry have been completed. Based on the user experience design theory and the specific situation of the B2B e-commerce in the textile industry, taking the search bud APP as an example, the user experience model of the e-commerce APP in the textile industry is verified by the design practice, and the product problem can be effectively analyzed and the improvement basis is provided. This paper makes a meaningful attempt for the research of the user experience design in the field of B2B e-commerce, enriches the direction of the research on the classification of the electronic commerce, and provides a reference for the research of the user experience design in the relevant fields.
