基于本體的多Agent電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)商機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的出現(xiàn)和廣泛應(yīng)用,給供應(yīng)鏈管理帶來(lái)了新機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了新挑戰(zhàn)。電子商務(wù)環(huán)境的動(dòng)態(tài)不穩(wěn)定性以及電子信息的快速繁雜,給供應(yīng)鏈中的主體企業(yè)及個(gè)體用戶帶來(lái)了一定的新問(wèn)題和新要求,從而促進(jìn)了智能Agent在其管理中的應(yīng)用。其中多Agent協(xié)商,,是電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈多Agent系統(tǒng)解決沖突、實(shí)現(xiàn)有效協(xié)作的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。但在實(shí)現(xiàn)多Agent順利協(xié)商的過(guò)程中,各個(gè)Agent協(xié)商知識(shí)的異構(gòu)是一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)而重要的問(wèn)題。運(yùn)用本體技術(shù),可以很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)商Agent之間的知識(shí)共享及推理。本文提出了一個(gè)基于本體的多Agent電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)商模型,并研究它的協(xié)商機(jī)制。 本文研究的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下: (1)建立電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈多Agent協(xié)商組織結(jié)構(gòu),該組織結(jié)構(gòu)是基于市場(chǎng)機(jī)制而建立的多對(duì)多的結(jié)構(gòu),由買方Agent(Buyer Agent)、賣方Agent(SellerAgent)及其雙方的協(xié)商Agent(Coordinator Agent)組成。 (2)提出基于本體的多Agent電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)商模型,該模型以本體知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以多Agent協(xié)商為主體,由連接訪問(wèn)層、Agent平臺(tái)層、協(xié)商層、本體層組成。本文將協(xié)商本體分為共享本體和私有本體,既保證了Agent之間的交互交流性,又提高了Agent的協(xié)商決策能力。 (3)分析和說(shuō)明協(xié)商機(jī)制——以共享本體和私有本體為交流和評(píng)估的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ),以協(xié)商協(xié)議為協(xié)商目標(biāo),并以計(jì)算器、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)、推理機(jī)為智能輔助,買賣雙方Agent進(jìn)行提議-反提議式協(xié)商。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and wide application of e-commerce, supply chain management has brought new opportunities, but also brought new challenges. The dynamic instability of e-commerce environment and the rapid complexity of electronic information bring some new problems and new requirements to the main enterprises and individual users in the supply chain, thus promoting the application of intelligent Agent in its management. Multi-Agent negotiation is the key link of e-commerce supply chain multi-Agent system to resolve conflicts and realize effective cooperation. However, in the process of realizing the smooth negotiation of multi-Agent, the heterogeneity of each Agent negotiation knowledge is a fundamental and important issue. Knowledge sharing and reasoning among negotiation Agent can be well realized by using ontology technology. In this paper, a multi-Agent e-commerce supply chain negotiation model based on ontology is proposed, and its negotiation mechanism is studied. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) to establish the multi-Agent negotiation structure of e-commerce supply chain, which is a many-to-many structure based on the market mechanism, which is based on the buyer's Agent (Buyer Agent),. Seller Agent (SellerAgent) and its parties negotiate Agent (Coordinator Agent) composition. (2) an ontology-based multi-Agent e-commerce supply chain negotiation model is proposed, which is based on ontology knowledge and multi-Agent negotiation. It is composed of connection access layer, Agent platform layer, negotiation layer and ontology layer. In this paper, negotiation ontology is divided into shared ontology and private ontology, which not only ensures the interaction between Agent, but also improves the ability of negotiation and decision-making of Agent. (3) Analysis and explanation of negotiation mechanism-knowledge base for communication and evaluation based on shared ontology and private ontology, negotiation protocol as negotiation objective, and computer, learning machine and reasoning machine as intelligent assistance, The buyer and seller Agent carry on the proposal-counter-proposal negotiation.
