基于Web2.0的個性化服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在電子商務(wù)中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, personalized products and personalized services have gradually become one of the development trends of e-commerce. Taking the document recommendation service system as an example, this paper makes a deep research on the technology involved in user modeling in personalized e-commerce application system. At the same time, knowledge discovery technology is used to establish the knowledge resource base. Finally, the recommendation service model of personalized e-commerce document recommendation system is put forward. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the related technology of the project is expounded in detail; Secondly, the rough architecture of a personalized service system is abstracted through the analysis of various Internet information systems at present. On this basis, the user modeling, the establishment of domain resource base and user recommendation are deeply studied. Finally, on the basis of studying the principles that should be followed in the process of document recommendation, a personalized service system model for document recommendation in e-commerce is proposed. The formal representation method of user modeling: based on the representation of vector space model, user bookmark and other methods, XML technology is used to realize the collection of user information and the behavior of user access. The knowledge resource base of XML domain is realized by using knowledge discovery technology, and then the prototype of personalized user recommendation system of personalized e-commerce literature recommendation system is designed on the basis of this. This research uses J2EE XML to complete the prototype design of personalized e-commerce application system-personalized document recommendation service system: (1) user modeling: based on user behavior collection and structured description of information resources, The interest of the user is modeled from the aspect of multi-angle and structure level. (2) Resource description and the creation of domain resource database: aiming at domain modeling, the information resource of personalized service system is described in detail by using XML technology and the establishment of personalized information resource database based on XML. (3) the completion of personalized e-commerce service based on user interest recommendation model: according to the different description of user interest model, the personalized service system can provide users with the required resources efficiently and accurately. This research is limited to the design of a personalized service system prototype system, and the later research mainly focuses on the design and implementation of commercial system reconfiguration.
