我國外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:隨著外貿(mào)經(jīng)營權(quán)的放開,更多的企業(yè)甚至個人進(jìn)入到外貿(mào)行業(yè),給傳統(tǒng)的外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)帶了巨大的壓力。傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理的經(jīng)營每況愈下,甚至陷入了困境,舉步維艱。改革開放以來,伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技的推廣,電子商務(wù)迅速地發(fā)展起來,國際貿(mào)易也開始呈現(xiàn)出新的內(nèi)涵、特征和模式。在新形勢下,外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)如何轉(zhuǎn)型和升級,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展已成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的課題。本文運(yùn)用了亞當(dāng)·斯密的勞動分工理論和羅納德·科斯的交易費用理論,分析了傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)在當(dāng)今對外貿(mào)易活動中作為主力軍的地位,并不會輕易地消失。同時,通過編制調(diào)查問卷,對全國的外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步剖析了外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)部缺陷、外部機(jī)遇等,重新認(rèn)識了外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)存在的本質(zhì)特征和現(xiàn)實意義。最后,本文嘗試總結(jié)并提出傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級的策略-----構(gòu)建外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)平臺,試圖為現(xiàn)代外貿(mào)企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展提供有效的建議。全文共有五個部分。第一章:緒論,詳述了選題的背景以及意義,并且對在本文撰寫的過程中涉及到的文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究方法進(jìn)行了簡單的闡述;第二章:我國傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)的困境,闡述了我國傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)的理論以及其特點、優(yōu)勢、缺陷、面臨的問題等;第三章:我國傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型,結(jié)合國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確制約外貿(mào)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的主要因素,提出傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)代理企業(yè)體制改革的必然性;第四章:貿(mào)易方式的創(chuàng)新與傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,通過對外貿(mào)新形勢的研究和分析,在現(xiàn)有外貿(mào)服務(wù)平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)歸納出外貿(mào)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新模式,構(gòu)建外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)平臺以推動我國對外貿(mào)易的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展;第五章:結(jié)論與建議,對上述分析做出歸納性的總結(jié),提出了問題和不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the opening of the foreign trade management right, more enterprises and even individuals enter the foreign trade industry, which brings great pressure to the traditional foreign trade agency enterprises. The management of the traditional foreign trade agent is getting worse and worse, and even falls into a difficult position. Since the reform and opening up, with the popularization of network technology, e-commerce has developed rapidly, and international trade has begun to show new connotation, characteristics and patterns. Under the new situation, how to transform and upgrade the foreign trade agent enterprises to realize the survival and development of the enterprises has become an urgent issue to be solved. Based on Adam Smith's theory of division of labor and Ronald Coase's theory of transaction costs, this paper analyzes the position of traditional foreign trade agency enterprises as the main force in today's foreign trade activities, and it will not disappear easily. At the same time, through the compilation of the questionnaire, the foreign trade agency enterprises in the country are investigated. On the basis of the data analysis, the author further analyzes the management status, internal defects, and external opportunities of the foreign trade agency enterprises. We re-understand the essential characteristics and practical significance of the existence of foreign trade agency enterprises. Finally, this paper attempts to summarize and put forward the traditional foreign trade agency strategy for transformation and upgrading-to build a comprehensive service platform for foreign trade, in order to provide effective suggestions for the survival and development of modern foreign trade enterprises. The paper consists of five parts. The first chapter: introduction, detailed the background and significance of the topic, and in this paper involved in the process of literature review and research methods carried on a simple description; Chapter two: the predicament of the traditional foreign trade agency enterprises in our country, expounds the theory of our country traditional foreign trade agency enterprises and its characteristics, advantages, defects, problems and so on. Chapter three: the transformation of the traditional foreign trade agency enterprises in our country, combining with the development of the national economy, the main factors restricting the transformation of the foreign trade enterprises are clearly defined, and the inevitability of the reform of the traditional foreign trade agency enterprises system is put forward. Chapter four: the innovation of trade mode and the transformation of traditional foreign trade enterprises. Through the research and analysis of the new situation of foreign trade, on the basis of the existing foreign trade service platform, the paper sums up the new mode of transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises. Building a comprehensive service platform for foreign trade in order to promote the further development of China's foreign trade; Chapter V: conclusions and recommendations, the above analysis of induction summary, proposed the problems and shortcomings.
