價值鏈整合視角下電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流運(yùn)營模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的成熟發(fā)展,特別是智能手機(jī)移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,消費(fèi)者可以通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)“虛擬市場”的網(wǎng)上交易。相比傳統(tǒng)實(shí)體交易方式,電子商務(wù),作為一種快捷、高效、低成本的交易方式,呈現(xiàn)出更強(qiáng)大的優(yōu)勢。相比國外,國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展起步比較晚,隨著電子認(rèn)證體系、電子網(wǎng)上支付體系、智能物流、第三方信用平臺的建立和完善,電子商務(wù)發(fā)展步入良性快速的發(fā)展階段,特別是阿里巴巴、淘寶網(wǎng)、網(wǎng)上商城、天貓、京東商城、國美在線、蘇寧易購、當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)等快速發(fā)展。電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,需要強(qiáng)大的商流、資金流、信息流、物流“四駕馬車”支撐,其中,商流、資金流、信息流實(shí)現(xiàn)了電子化,使得網(wǎng)上交易便捷、高效、低成本,但物流成本在我國始終處于居高不下,大多電子商務(wù)企業(yè)面臨物流成本高、物流環(huán)節(jié)控制力弱的問題。XB公司由于銷售金額龐大,XB公司在倉儲物流配送環(huán)節(jié)同樣面臨巨大的成本壓力,一方面是倉儲、配送成本無法再持續(xù)降低的瓶頸,尋求外部資源進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略合作,整合行業(yè)價值鏈創(chuàng)新電子商務(wù)代運(yùn)營企業(yè)物流運(yùn)營模式,是電子商務(wù)代運(yùn)營企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文對電子商務(wù)及物流的基本理論進(jìn)行了初步的探討,同時在此基礎(chǔ)上,對我國目前電子商務(wù)代運(yùn)營企業(yè)運(yùn)用的自營物流模式、采用第三方物流的模式、戰(zhàn)略物流聯(lián)盟等模式進(jìn)行了深入的整體分析,并提出了創(chuàng)新的解決方案——價值鏈整合視角下電子商務(wù)代運(yùn)營企業(yè)物流運(yùn)營模式,對我國現(xiàn)代電商代運(yùn)營行業(yè)的發(fā)展以及增強(qiáng)電商代運(yùn)營企業(yè)的核心競爭力具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先提出選題背景和意義,通過該課題研究能為電子商務(wù)物流模式創(chuàng)新提供理論指導(dǎo);介紹電子商務(wù)物流相關(guān)理論,為課題研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,分析我國電子商務(wù)物流模式,進(jìn)而提出電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流運(yùn)營模式構(gòu)建路徑。最后,通過XB公司進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,加強(qiáng)了理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合。本文將研究成果應(yīng)用到XB公司電子商務(wù)物流模式案例上,使研究成果具有重要的理論價值和實(shí)踐意義,對我國電子商務(wù)代運(yùn)營企業(yè)的物流操作模式具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the mature development of Internet technology, especially the development of smart phone mobile Internet, consumers can achieve "virtual market" online transactions through the Internet. Compared with the traditional entity trading mode, e-commerce, as a fast, efficient, low-cost trading mode, presents more powerful advantages. Compared with foreign countries, the development of electronic commerce in China started relatively late. With the establishment and perfection of electronic authentication system, electronic online payment system, intelligent logistics and third-party credit platform, the development of electronic commerce has entered a benign and rapid development stage. Especially Alibaba, Taobao, online Mall, Tmall, JingDong Mall, Gome online, SUNING, Dangdang and other rapid development. The development of e-commerce needs powerful business flow, capital flow, information flow, logistics "four troika" support, among which, business flow, capital flow, information flow is realized electronically, making the online transaction convenient, efficient and low cost. But the logistics cost in our country has always been in a high level, most e-commerce enterprises are facing the problem of high logistics cost and weak control of logistics links. XB Company because of the huge amount of sales, XB Company is also facing huge cost pressure in the storage and logistics distribution link. On the one hand, it is the bottleneck that the storage and distribution costs can no longer be reduced continuously, and seeks the strategic cooperation of external resources. Integrating the industry value chain and innovating the logistics operation mode is the key to the sustainable and healthy development of e-commerce operation enterprise. This article has carried on the preliminary discussion to the electronic commerce and the logistics basic theory, at the same time, on this basis, adopts the third party logistics mode to the self-management logistics mode which is used by our country's electronic commerce acting on behalf of the enterprise at present. The strategic logistics alliance and other modes are analyzed in depth, and the innovative solution-the logistics operation mode of e-commerce operation enterprise under the perspective of value chain integration, is put forward. It is of great practical significance for the development of modern e-commerce operation industry and the enhancement of the core competitiveness of e-commerce operation enterprises. Firstly, this paper puts forward the background and significance of the topic selection, which can provide theoretical guidance for the innovation of e-commerce logistics mode, introduce the related theory of e-commerce logistics, and lay a theoretical foundation for the research of e-commerce logistics. Secondly, this paper analyzes the logistics mode of e-commerce in China, and then puts forward the construction path of logistics operation mode of E-commerce enterprise. Finally, through the empirical research of XB Company, the combination of theory and practice is strengthened. This paper applies the research results to the case of e-commerce logistics model of XB Company, which makes the research results have important theoretical value and practical significance, and has certain reference value to the logistics operation mode of China's e-commerce operation enterprises.
