【摘要】：電子商務正完整撬動我們所能想象的所有商業(yè)的邊界,電子商務的發(fā)展離不開物流的支持。在我國,物流業(yè)起步較晚,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不夠完善,資源整合力度不夠,物流可達性低,這些都使得電子商務的發(fā)展不得不放慢速度。隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,農(nóng)村居民可以像城市居民一樣自由網(wǎng)購,但由于我國農(nóng)村面積廣大,人口多且分散的特殊特點,物流配送成為限制電子商務向農(nóng)村進一步發(fā)展的壁壘,為了電子商務在農(nóng)村的深入推廣,釋放壓抑許久的購物需求,有必要對農(nóng)村的物流配送問題進行研究。本文通過理論介紹,對所研究的電子商務背景下的農(nóng)村物流配送體系做出界定,分析了國內(nèi)外農(nóng)村物流建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗。然后結(jié)合曲阜地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,按照商品類別闡明了現(xiàn)階段的配送方式和狀況,指出一些導致配送成本高的問題及原因;在實際調(diào)查訪問基礎(chǔ)上將調(diào)查結(jié)果整理得出交易現(xiàn)狀,然后用趨勢預測法做出預測,指出物流配送提高的潛力。分析過后提出建立一套以當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展需求為背景,以當?shù)貙嶋H地理環(huán)境和發(fā)展政策為基礎(chǔ),借助現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和資源,整合一切可利用力量,以最少的投資構(gòu)建起一個能夠滿足未來若干年內(nèi)電子商務下農(nóng)村物流配送需求的完整高效低耗的農(nóng)村物流配送體系,提出電子商務背景下曲阜地區(qū)農(nóng)村物流配送體系構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵問題。從曲阜地區(qū)農(nóng)村物流配送體系的架構(gòu)設(shè)計、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局和物流信息平臺四個方面進行合理規(guī)劃、設(shè)計與闡釋,構(gòu)建出一個為電子商務交易服務的農(nóng)村物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的組織框架,并根據(jù)實際情況針對一些本地區(qū)特有的問題給出相應的解決方案。最后以個人網(wǎng)購和零售商訂貨為例進行模擬,較現(xiàn)階段配送凸顯出本配送體系對于個人消費者可節(jié)省等待時間對于零售商可節(jié)省物流成本等優(yōu)點。將本課題研究成果應用到實際中后可滿足當前以及未來幾年本地農(nóng)村物流配送的需求,并具備可持續(xù)發(fā)展性。
[Abstract]:E-commerce is fully leveraging all the commercial boundaries we can imagine, and the development of e-commerce can not be separated from the support of logistics. In our country, the logistics industry starts late, the infrastructure is not perfect, the resources integration is not enough, the logistics accessibility is low, all these make the development of electronic commerce have to slow down. With the popularity of mobile Internet, rural residents can buy online as freely as urban residents. However, due to the special characteristics of large rural area, large population and scattered population, logistics distribution has become a barrier to the further development of e-commerce to rural areas. In order to further promote e-commerce in rural areas and release the long-suppressed demand for shopping, it is necessary to study the logistics distribution in rural areas. Through the theoretical introduction, this paper defines the rural logistics distribution system under the background of e-commerce, and analyzes the experience of rural logistics construction at home and abroad. Then according to the current situation of economic and social development in Qufu area, this paper clarifies the distribution mode and condition according to the commodity category, and points out some problems and reasons that lead to the high distribution cost. On the basis of the actual investigation and interview, the author collates the survey results to obtain the current situation of the transaction, and then uses the trend forecasting method to make the prediction, and points out the potential of improving the logistics distribution. As a result of the analysis, it is proposed to establish a set of integrated capacities based on local economic development needs, local physical geography and development policies, with the help of existing infrastructure and resources, With the least investment, a complete, efficient and low consumption rural logistics distribution system can meet the needs of rural logistics distribution under e-commerce in the coming years. This paper puts forward the key problems in the construction of rural logistics distribution system in Qufu area under the background of e-commerce. From Qufu area rural logistics distribution system structure design, infrastructure management, network layout and logistics information platform for reasonable planning, design and interpretation, An organization framework of rural logistics and distribution network serving for e-commerce transaction is constructed, and the corresponding solutions are given according to the actual situation in view of some specific problems in this area. Finally, the simulation of individual online shopping and retailer ordering shows that this distribution system can save the waiting time for individual consumers and retailers can save logistics cost. Applying the research results to the practice can meet the needs of local rural logistics distribution in the current and future years, and have sustainable development.
