省煙草電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】：煙草行業(yè)屬于國(guó)家直管,最初是典型的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì),隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷完善,目前這種狀況嚴(yán)重不能適用現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)需要,產(chǎn)銷不能結(jié)合,成本浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,行業(yè)每年的產(chǎn)銷銜接會(huì)是一個(gè)極其耗時(shí)耗財(cái)?shù)臅?huì)議,而且其手工收集和統(tǒng)計(jì)的信息極其有限,在信息高速發(fā)展的今天,其明顯不能適用市場(chǎng)環(huán)境改變和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的挑戰(zhàn)； 為應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),“數(shù)字煙草”可有效提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,挖掘業(yè)務(wù)中各種對(duì)象、數(shù)據(jù)和信息模型,分析其各種依賴關(guān)系,并轉(zhuǎn)移為關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),把業(yè)務(wù)中其手工操作的紙件、過(guò)程和流程轉(zhuǎn)化為系統(tǒng)功能,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)這個(gè)大平臺(tái),通過(guò)與系統(tǒng)的交互來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上計(jì)劃合同、網(wǎng)上交易、電子核算、審批流程和信息的集中管理；煙草電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)的主要工作就是建立開發(fā)一套電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)省煙草公司根據(jù)國(guó)家局指標(biāo)進(jìn)行計(jì)劃、指標(biāo)下發(fā),各銷售公司、煙廠則根據(jù)自己的銷售能力進(jìn)行計(jì)劃上報(bào),最終由省經(jīng)銷公司根據(jù)指標(biāo)分解下發(fā)情況和上報(bào)信息進(jìn)行總量平衡,產(chǎn)生了銷售與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的合同；實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售公司與煙廠的具體合同履行,通過(guò)網(wǎng)上訂單方式完成具體的交易行為；實(shí)現(xiàn)省煙草公司的資金網(wǎng)上統(tǒng)一結(jié)算,通過(guò)省公司財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算中心直接參與到訂單的財(cái)務(wù)、支付確認(rèn)以及完成與銀行系統(tǒng)的最終帳戶支付行為,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)省煙草公司財(cái)務(wù)資金管理中心；實(shí)現(xiàn)所有信息和數(shù)據(jù)大集中,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)“數(shù)字煙草”,有效的提升了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程均是采用業(yè)界領(lǐng)先的UML設(shè)計(jì)理念,通過(guò)Rational Rose、PowerDesign等專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工具完成的,利用用例圖、順序圖、類圖等圖示表達(dá)系統(tǒng)的整體需求分析和設(shè)計(jì),采用J2EE架構(gòu)作為整體解決方案,應(yīng)用EJB、JavaBean、Sevlet、JSP等組件技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用的是Oracle9i,最終交互了一個(gè)完全滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求、易操作、安全的電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)目前運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,并獲得國(guó)家煙草的表?yè)P(yáng)和作為他省推廣借鑒參考。

The main work of the tobacco electronic commerce system is to establish and develop an electronic commerce system so that the provincial tobacco company can plan according to the State Bureau's targets, and the indicators are issued, and each sales company and tobacco factory report the plan according to their own sales ability. Finally, the provincial distribution company decomposes the distribution situation according to the index and reports the information to balance the total amount, and produces the contract of sales and production plan; The specific contract between the sales company and the tobacco factory can be fulfilled, and the specific transaction behavior will be completed through the online order form. To realize the unified settlement of provincial tobacco company funds online, directly participate in the financial affairs of orders through the provincial company financial settlement center, and complete the final account payment behavior with the banking system. In order to realize the provincial tobacco company financial fund management center; Realize all information and data concentration, finally realize a data center, realize "digital tobacco", effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The whole requirement analysis and design process of the system are accomplished by adopting the leading UML design idea and using Rational Rose,PowerDesign and other professional design tools. The use case diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram are used to express the overall requirement analysis and design of the system. The J2EE architecture is adopted as the overall solution, and the component technology such as EJB,JavaBean,Sevlet,JSP is used to realize the system. The backstage database uses Oracle9i, to interact with an electronic commerce system which completely meets the business needs, is easy to operate, and is secure. The system is running stably and has been praised by the state tobacco and used as a reference for the promotion of other provinces.
