【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈存在諸多問題,在國家大力發(fā)展"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)"的背景下,文章利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維實現(xiàn)蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重構(gòu)和升級:開展訂單農(nóng)業(yè),以電子商務(wù)平臺為中心,整合生產(chǎn)單位進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)�；a(chǎn),統(tǒng)一檢測、安全供給,第三方資金監(jiān)管平臺發(fā)揮預(yù)付資金擔(dān)保作用。政府在蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈重構(gòu)過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)發(fā)揮積極作用:加速完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);與大企業(yè)合作,落實平臺建設(shè);加強冷鏈物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的物流信息系統(tǒng);鼓勵各類蘋果生產(chǎn)組織積極開展蘋果網(wǎng)上銷售新模式。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the traditional apple industry chain. Under the background of the country's vigorous development of "Internet agriculture", the article uses the Internet thinking to realize the reconstruction and upgrading of the Apple industrial chain: developing the order agriculture, taking the electronic commerce platform as the center, Integration of production units for standardization, scale production, unified testing, safety supply, third-party funds regulatory platform to play a role in the guarantee of prepaid funds. The government should play a positive role in the reconstruction of Apple industrial chain: accelerate the improvement of network infrastructure, cooperate with large enterprises, implement platform construction, strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure and introduce advanced logistics information system; Encourage all kinds of apple production organizations to actively develop the new model of Apple online sales.
