【摘要】：近些年,移動智能終端大量普及,通信技術(shù)日新月異,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息的主要傳播媒介已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的PC端轉(zhuǎn)向移動端。雖然傳播媒介發(fā)生了明顯改變,但移動終端用戶仍然面對著“信息爆炸”和“信息過載”這一互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的頑疾,并且受限于移動設(shè)備計算能力低、顯示面積小,使用環(huán)境復(fù)雜等特點,問題顯得更加嚴(yán)重。個性化推薦技術(shù)提出和應(yīng)用有效緩解了當(dāng)前所面臨的問題,其本質(zhì)是根據(jù)用戶的興趣取向預(yù)測用戶對資源的偏好,形成推薦列表。20多年的研究歷史使得個性化推薦技術(shù)獲得了較快發(fā)展,在電子商務(wù)等領(lǐng)域的成功應(yīng)用使其研究取得了非凡成就。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的浪潮推動了移動領(lǐng)域的個性化推薦技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用,但還沒有達(dá)到很完善的地步,特別是具體領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究比較缺乏。本文圍繞移動學(xué)習(xí)資源的個性化推薦展開移動環(huán)境下的推薦策略研究。文章針對性地介紹了移動學(xué)習(xí)資源推薦的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、移動學(xué)習(xí)的概念、情景感知服務(wù)體系以及目前存在的多種個性化推薦算法的實現(xiàn)原理和優(yōu)缺點,這為展開研究活動提供了重要理論依據(jù)。文中重點論述了基于協(xié)同過濾技術(shù)的個性化推薦算法原理、算法缺陷及優(yōu)化方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種融合移動情景上下文的個性化移動學(xué)習(xí)資源推薦算法MCCF。該算法有效緩解了目前相關(guān)研究存在的兩個問題:一是針對移動學(xué)習(xí)資源的個性化推薦中學(xué)習(xí)者移動情景上下文問題的研究,以提高推薦結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確率;二是針對移動終端計算性能的限制,必須考慮所采用的算法復(fù)雜度,需在推薦計算方面滿足及時性的要求。本文提出的推薦策略將提取到的學(xué)習(xí)者移動上下文情景作為學(xué)習(xí)者的偏好特征,實現(xiàn)了U(學(xué)習(xí)者)×I(學(xué)習(xí)資源)×C(移動情景上下文)三維模型向U×I二維模型的轉(zhuǎn)化,從而使得推薦結(jié)果能夠應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)同過濾算法得到。通過進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),利用數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)能夠得到學(xué)習(xí)者移動情景特征和資源特征的關(guān)聯(lián)度,這種關(guān)聯(lián)度能動態(tài)地反映用戶偏好,從而優(yōu)化最終推薦結(jié)果。MCCF算法既充分融入了學(xué)習(xí)者移動情景信息,同時,兼顧了算法的復(fù)雜度,最終的實驗結(jié)果表明該算法在準(zhǔn)確性和用戶滿意度上均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)算法,并且及時性較高,適合移動終端的推薦場景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, mobile intelligent terminals are widely used and communication technology is changing with each passing day. The main media of Internet information has changed from traditional PC terminal to mobile terminal. Although the media has changed markedly, mobile end users are still facing the "information explosion" and "information overload", which are the persistent diseases of the Internet era, and are limited by the low computing power of mobile devices and the small display area. The use of complex environment and other characteristics, the problem appears to be more serious. Personalized recommendation technology has effectively alleviated the current problems, and its essence is to predict the user's preference for resources according to the user's interest orientation. The research history of more than 20 years has made the personalized recommendation technology develop rapidly, and the successful application in the field of electronic commerce makes it make remarkable achievements. The wave of mobile Internet has promoted the research and application of personalized recommendation technology in mobile field, but it has not reached a very perfect stage, especially in specific fields. This paper focuses on the personalized recommendation of mobile learning resources in mobile environment. This paper introduces the current situation of mobile learning resources recommendation at home and abroad, the concept of mobile learning, the service system of situational perception, and the implementation principle, advantages and disadvantages of various personalized recommendation algorithms. This provides an important theoretical basis for carrying out research activities. In this paper, the principle, algorithm defect and optimization method of personalized recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering technology are discussed. On this basis, a personalized mobile learning resource recommendation algorithm, MCCF., which combines mobile context with mobile context, is proposed. This algorithm effectively alleviates two problems existing in the related research. One is the research on the context of mobile situation in the personalized recommendation of mobile learning resources to improve the accuracy of the recommendation results; Second, due to the limitation of mobile terminal computing performance, the complexity of the algorithm must be taken into account, and the requirement of timeliness should be satisfied in the aspect of recommended computing. The proposed recommendation strategy takes the extracted learner mobile context as the learner preference feature, and realizes the conversion of U (learner) 脳 I (learning resource) 脳 C (mobile context) 3D model to U 脳 I two-dimensional model. Thus, the recommended results can be obtained by using the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm. Through further research, it is found that using data analysis and data mining techniques can obtain the correlation degree of mobile scene features and resource features of learners, which can dynamically reflect user preferences. The MCCF algorithm not only fully integrates the learner mobile scene information, but also takes into account the complexity of the algorithm. The final experimental results show that the algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithm in accuracy and user satisfaction. And the timeliness is high, suits the mobile terminal recommendation scene.
