企業(yè)電子商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)決策需要考慮的幾個(gè)問題

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)是任何一家電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的最重要的環(huán)節(jié),它位于業(yè)務(wù)流最上游,根本性決定了下游每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。本文從用戶群定位、盈利模式設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面分析了電子商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)策略的制定過程應(yīng)考慮的因素,最后總結(jié)出運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)的收集與融合是最核心的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:E-commerce operation is the most important link of any e-commerce enterprise, it is located in the upstream of business flow, and fundamentally determines every link downstream. This paper analyzes the factors that should be considered in the process of making e-commerce operation strategy from the aspects of user group positioning, profit mode design and so on. Finally, it concludes that the collection and integration of operation data is the core decision basis.
