適應(yīng)貨運改革的鐵路編組站設(shè)備配置研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高速鐵路陸續(xù)建成通車,鐵路貨運能力得到了釋放,為鐵路部門根據(jù)市場需求優(yōu)化運輸組織創(chuàng)造了條件。自2012年9月20日起,鐵路部門開展了 "實貨制"運輸組織方式,依托貨運電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng),簡化了貨主辦理托運的手續(xù),節(jié)約了運輸時間,同時也提高了鐵路部門自身的工作效率,使鐵路的物流服務(wù)得到了進一步的拓展。編組站作為鐵路系統(tǒng)中最重要的子系統(tǒng)之一,其對貨運改革的適應(yīng)性決定了貨物運輸質(zhì)量。本文首先介紹了我國鐵路編組站的分類及分布,分析了目前全國編組站的運輸組織和設(shè)備配置現(xiàn)狀,闡述了在貨運組織改革的趨勢下,編組站通過能力、改編能力在運量下滑情況下基本適應(yīng)貨物運輸需求。接著,從貨物運輸改革的內(nèi)容、對貨流的影響和對車流的影響三方面入手,分析了貨物運輸改革的特點,總結(jié)貨物運輸改革后鐵路推出的新運輸產(chǎn)品,介紹快運貨物列車及其時效性要求。通過定性分析快貨列車在編組站內(nèi)的運輸組織需求,得知快貨車組由于有18小時時限,其在到達、解體和編組作業(yè)過程中有一定的優(yōu)先權(quán)。因此,編組站需改變以往以大組車流為核心的組織方式,改為以快貨車組為核心進行運輸組織。定量計算了編組站到發(fā)線、調(diào)車機車、駝峰和調(diào)車線等設(shè)備因貨運改革而產(chǎn)生的額外作業(yè)所導(dǎo)致的空費能力。以到發(fā)線為研究對象,提出快貨車組到達組合的概念,給出四種列車到達組合。基于排隊論的思想,結(jié)合最小間隔法計算四種組合的最小列車到達間隔,求出到達場的平均列車最小達到間隔,得到了到發(fā)線通過能力,進一步算得到發(fā)線因為貨改而產(chǎn)生的空費。最后以成都北編組站作為實例,分析其適應(yīng)貨改的編組站設(shè)備運用情況。
[Abstract]:With the completion and opening of high-speed railway in China, railway freight capacity has been released, which creates conditions for railway departments to optimize transportation organization according to market demand. Since September 20, 2012, the railway department has launched the "real cargo system" transportation organization mode, relying on the freight electronic commerce system, which simplifies the procedures for consignments by cargo owners and saves transportation time. At the same time, it also improves the working efficiency of railway department itself, and makes the logistics service of railway get further expansion. As one of the most important subsystems in railway system, the adaptability of marshalling yard to freight transport quality determines the quality of freight transportation. This paper first introduces the classification and distribution of railway marshalling yards in China, analyzes the present situation of transportation organization and equipment allocation of marshalling yards in China, and expounds the passing capacity of marshalling yards under the trend of freight transportation organization reform. Adaptation capacity in the case of declining capacity to adapt to the basic freight transport demand. Then, starting with the content of the freight transport reform, the impact on the freight flow and the impact on the vehicle flow, the characteristics of the freight transport reform are analyzed, and the new transport products introduced by the railway after the freight transport reform are summarized. This paper introduces the express freight train and its timeliness requirements. Through the qualitative analysis of the transportation organization demand of the express freight train in the marshalling yard, it is found that the fast freight train has certain priority in the process of arrival, disintegration and marshalling because of the 18 hour time limit. Therefore, the marshalling yard needs to change the former organization mode with large group traffic as the core, and change to take the fast freight train group as the core to carry on the transportation organization. The capacity of extra work caused by freight reform for the equipment of marshalling station to departure line, shunting locomotive, hump and shunting line is calculated quantitatively. Taking the arrival and departure line as the research object, this paper puts forward the concept of fast train group arrival combination, and gives four kinds of train arrival combination. Based on the thought of queuing theory and the method of minimum interval, the minimum arrival interval of four kinds of combined trains is calculated, and the average minimum train arrival interval of arrival field is obtained, and the transit capacity of arrival and departure line is obtained. Further calculation of the shipping line due to the cargo change caused by the cost of space. Finally, taking Chengdu North marshalling Station as an example, the application of the equipment adapted to cargo reform is analyzed.
