【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代社會信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化發(fā)展程度的不斷加深,公共危機(jī)的衍生形式變得更加捉摸不定。以前傳統(tǒng)社會管理領(lǐng)域的反饋控制方法,已經(jīng)明顯不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會復(fù)雜、快速的發(fā)展。因此,學(xué)者們逐漸把注意力從單一重視反饋控制理論方法研究的層面向反饋控制與前饋控制理論方法研究并重的層面轉(zhuǎn)移。但是,目前在社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,針對社會危機(jī)問題的解決多是采用思辨的前饋控制方法,沒有以"推薦系統(tǒng)"為定量分析方法的相關(guān)研究成果。本研究首次將產(chǎn)生于電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的"推薦系統(tǒng)",引入到社會前饋控制管理層面加以研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其運(yùn)作邏輯與社會前饋控制管理的相關(guān)理論、原理具有極強(qiáng)的契合性。"推薦系統(tǒng)"數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的運(yùn)作邏輯和價(jià)值在于信息與信息之間簡單并迅速的二元關(guān)系分析,其本質(zhì)是信息的過濾匹配與事態(tài)趨勢的預(yù)判。對于社會前饋控制管理而言,"推薦系統(tǒng)"可以將產(chǎn)生于社會領(lǐng)域的二元關(guān)系信息數(shù)據(jù)通過模型化處理,以形成新的洞悉,進(jìn)而在未知事件發(fā)生之前預(yù)知某種行為狀態(tài)的發(fā)展趨勢,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)前饋控制管理防微杜漸、化險(xiǎn)為夷的本領(lǐng),為社會的長期穩(wěn)定與繁榮提供可靠保障。本研究具體通過兩個(gè)案例"基于內(nèi)存的推薦算法在我國犯罪預(yù)測中的應(yīng)用"和"基于模型的推薦算法在我國民族關(guān)系管理中的應(yīng)用"闡明"推薦系統(tǒng)"是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對社會領(lǐng)域的前饋控制管理,并確證"推薦系統(tǒng)"技術(shù)雖然不能做出精確地因果性預(yù)測,但在社會領(lǐng)域具有快捷簡便、效率極高的特點(diǎn),因而有望成為社會前饋控制管理的一種新方法、新思維。
[Abstract]:With the development of information, networking and intelligence in modern society, the derivative form of public crisis becomes more unpredictable. The traditional feedback control method in the field of social management has obviously been unable to adapt to the complex and rapid development of modern society. Therefore, scholars have gradually shifted their attention from a single level of emphasis on the theory and method of feedback control to a level of equal emphasis on feedback control and feedforward control theory and method. However, at present, in the field of social science, the solution to the social crisis is mostly the use of speculative feedforward control method, there is no "recommendation system" as a quantitative analysis method of the relevant research results. For the first time, this study will introduce the "recommendation system" produced in the field of electronic commerce to the management of social feedforward control. It is found that the theory of operation logic and social feedforward control management has strong agreement. " The operational logic and value of data mining in recommendation system lies in the simple and rapid binary relationship analysis between information and information, which is essentially the filtering matching of information and the prediction of the trend of events. For the social feedforward control management, "recommendation system" can model the binary relation information data produced in the social field, so as to form a new insight. Then the development trend of a certain behavior state is predicted before the unknown event, thus realizing the ability of feedforward control management to prevent the development of microcontrol and to reduce the danger, and to provide a reliable guarantee for the long-term stability and prosperity of the society. In this study, two cases, "the application of memory-based recommendation algorithm in China's crime prediction" and "model-based recommendation algorithm in the management of ethnic relations in China", are used to illustrate how the "recommendation system" is in practice. Feedforward control management in the social field, It is confirmed that the "recommendation system" technology can not make accurate causality prediction, but it has the characteristics of quick, simple and high efficiency in the social field, so it is expected to become a new method and new thinking of social feedforward control management.
