電子商務(wù)小微企業(yè)成長路徑研究

【摘要】:小微企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要的地位,目前從事電子商務(wù)的企業(yè)中90%以上是小微企業(yè)。因此推動(dòng)小微企業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,不僅可以促進(jìn)就業(yè)穩(wěn)定社會(huì),同時(shí)對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)也是深遠(yuǎn)的。本文通過實(shí)例對(duì)目前熱度較高的小微企業(yè)如何進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)進(jìn)行解析。 首先,文章通過數(shù)宇先對(duì)小微企業(yè)在目前在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位進(jìn)行了論述,同時(shí)從電子商務(wù)本身的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),闡述了小微企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的必要性。也分析了目前電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)中小微企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,以及遇到的主要問題。 其次,文章中闡述了電子商務(wù)定義,以及主要的特點(diǎn)特征。對(duì)小微企業(yè)的劃分也進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的明確。研究中采用了當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域著名的長尾理論,詮釋目前電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)中的諸多問題,并使用這里理論如何解決好相應(yīng)的長尾商品的問題。 再次,文章采用實(shí)例分析的方式對(duì)小微企業(yè)如何開展電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析探討。深入分析在淘寶開店的ABC公司實(shí)例,比較清晰的列舉了目前ABC公司的主要問題,和深入分析如何解決遇到的問題獲得發(fā)展和成長。淘寶是目前最成功的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái),有近600萬家小微企業(yè)聚集在這個(gè)平臺(tái)下,因此研究淘寶平臺(tái)的小微企業(yè)發(fā)展具有廣泛的示范意義。 通過ABC公司的實(shí)例,總結(jié)出一般小微企業(yè)進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)該遵循的一般路徑。應(yīng)該做什么準(zhǔn)備?如何開始?如何推動(dòng)發(fā)展?會(huì)遇到什么樣的問題……等等。小微企業(yè)從事電子商務(wù)活動(dòng),如何構(gòu)建架構(gòu),人員如何分工,經(jīng)歷哪些主要階段,以及不同階段的工作重心都有所論述。這些分析和結(jié)論對(duì)其他企業(yè)進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)具有較好的借鑒意義。 最后,對(duì)小微企業(yè)電子商務(wù)的未來趨勢進(jìn)行了展望。新技術(shù)的趨勢會(huì)向更好的互動(dòng)性發(fā)展,同時(shí)電子商務(wù)的媒介也將變的多樣化,廠家、商家、消費(fèi)者之間的關(guān)系將更加扁平化等等。展望未來也是對(duì)當(dāng)前最好的指導(dǎo),企業(yè)對(duì)自身競爭優(yōu)勢能夠從戰(zhàn)略角度進(jìn)行解析,以保持長久的競爭力。 本文的貢獻(xiàn)主要有以下的2個(gè)方面: (1)分析小微企業(yè)在電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及如何突破發(fā)展瓶頸,找到更廣闊的發(fā)展空間。小微企業(yè)在電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的研究目前比較少,將為他人在此領(lǐng)域的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 (2)通過ABC公司在電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的成長路徑的研究和分析,給廣大小微企業(yè)樹立的非常好的示范意義,通過總結(jié)ABC公司的成長經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠給其他小微企業(yè)以有效的借鑒。 由于電子商務(wù)起步時(shí)間短,成型的理論和實(shí)踐均比較少,,電子商務(wù)的研究仍然處在邊發(fā)展邊研究的過程中。加上研究時(shí)間比較短,本文中不免有些不足之處,敬請(qǐng)專家老師們指正
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy. At present, more than 90% of the enterprises engaged in e-commerce are small and micro enterprises. Therefore, to promote the development of electronic commerce of small and micro enterprises can not only promote employment and stability of society, but also make a profound contribution to the national economy. This paper analyzes how small and micro enterprises with high heat can enter e-commerce through examples. First of all, the paper discusses the status of small and micro enterprises in the national economy by means of the number of Yu, and at the same time, from the characteristics of electronic commerce, expounds the necessity of the development of electronic commerce for small and micro enterprises. It also analyzes the current situation of small and micro enterprises in e-commerce activities and the main problems encountered. Secondly, the article expounds the definition of e-commerce, as well as the main characteristics. The division of small and micro enterprises is also clear. In this paper, the famous long tail theory in the field of electronic commerce is used to explain many problems in the current electronic commerce activities, and how to solve the problem of the long tail goods with this theory. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and discusses how small and micro enterprises carry out e-business activities by case study. This paper deeply analyzes the example of ABC company in Taobao, lists the main problems of ABC company at present, and analyzes how to solve the problems encountered to obtain development and growth. Taobao is the most successful e-commerce platform at present, there are nearly 6 million small and micro enterprises gathered under this platform, so the development of small and micro enterprises on Taobao platform has extensive demonstration significance. Through the example of ABC Company, this paper summarizes the general path that small and micro enterprises should follow in the field of electronic commerce. What should we do? How to start? How to promote development? What kind of problems will be encountered? Wait Small and micro enterprises engaged in e-commerce activities, how to build a structure, how personnel division of labor, which major stages, as well as the different stages of the focus of work have been discussed. These analyses and conclusions have good reference significance for other enterprises to enter e-commerce. Finally, the future trend of small and micro-enterprise e-commerce is prospected. The trend of new technology will be more interactive, at the same time, the media of electronic commerce will also become diversified, the relationship between manufacturers, merchants, consumers will be more flattened and so on. Looking forward to the future is also the best guidance for the present. Enterprises can analyze their own competitive advantages from a strategic point of view in order to maintain long-term competitiveness. The contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) analyze the current situation of the development of small and micro enterprises in electronic commerce, and how to break through the bottleneck of development and find a broader space for development. The research of small and micro enterprises in the field of e-commerce is relatively few at present, which will lay the foundation for others to study in this field. (2) through the research and analysis of the growth path of ABC Company in the field of electronic commerce, it sets up a very good demonstration meaning for the vast number of small and micro enterprises. By summing up the growth experience of ABC Company, it can be used for reference by other small and micro enterprises. Due to the short starting time of electronic commerce and less theory and practice of forming, the research of electronic commerce is still in the process of developing and researching.
