【摘要】：隨著桶裝飲用水的使用逐漸普及,桶裝水的消費(fèi)量也相應(yīng)日趨增長,這促進(jìn)了國內(nèi)桶裝水業(yè)務(wù)成為一個(gè)蓬勃發(fā)展的市場。但目前桶裝飲用水企業(yè)普遍依賴傳統(tǒng)的線下電話訂購方式,存在人工成本較高、工作效率偏低等問題。緊密結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的電子商務(wù)模式,進(jìn)一步地提高桶裝飲用水業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,是當(dāng)前桶裝飲用水銷售企業(yè)突破瓶頸階段的重要舉措。本課題的研究目標(biāo)是通過開發(fā)出適應(yīng)桶裝飲用水銷售企業(yè)的移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng),以此與傳統(tǒng)的配送業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合起來,大幅度地提高企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)水平,優(yōu)化用戶的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。本系統(tǒng)的后臺使用了PHP語言搭配第三方框架ThinkPHP進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用了MySQL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,Nginx作為服務(wù)器,運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)為Linux。本系統(tǒng)共分為界面管理、購物系統(tǒng)、個(gè)人信息管理、水百科、優(yōu)惠推廣五大模塊,具備在線訂水、線上咨詢、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)查找、店鋪管理、在線支付等功能。系統(tǒng)融合貫通了網(wǎng)站、手機(jī)客戶端、微網(wǎng)站,具有多平臺互通、終端自由度高等特點(diǎn),在平臺各終端間使用JSON數(shù)據(jù)格式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交流。手機(jī)APP支持的終端系統(tǒng)分別為Android4.0及以上版本,IOS5.0及以上版本。本系統(tǒng)在廣東科學(xué)技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院計(jì)算機(jī)工程技術(shù)學(xué)院與企業(yè)的深度合作下,于2014年12月在桶裝飲用水銷售企業(yè)進(jìn)行了成功的實(shí)施。本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用在一定程度上起到降低企業(yè)的人工成本、提高配送的效率、增加客戶的黏合度等成效,進(jìn)而提升了桶裝水企業(yè)的管理服務(wù)效能。
[Abstract]:With the increasing use of barreled drinking water, the consumption of bottled water is increasing, which promotes the domestic barrelled water business to become a booming market. However, the traditional offline telephone ordering method is widely used in barrelled drinking water enterprises, which has the problems of high labor cost and low working efficiency. It is an important measure for current barreled drinking water sales enterprises to break through the bottleneck stage to further improve the service quality of barreled drinking water business in combination with the electronic commerce mode under the Internet. The research goal of this subject is to develop a mobile electronic commerce system suitable for barrelled drinking water sales enterprises, so as to combine with the traditional distribution business, greatly improve the business level of enterprises and optimize the service experience of users. The background of this system is developed with PHP language and third party frame ThinkPHP. MySQL is used as database, Nginx as server and running system as Linux.. The system is divided into interface management, shopping system, personal information management, water encyclopedia, preferential promotion of five modules, with online water booking, online consultation, network search, shop management, online payment and other functions. The system integrates the website, mobile phone client, micro-website, and has the characteristics of multi-platform interworking, high terminal freedom, and so on. The JSON data format is used to exchange data among the terminals of the platform. Mobile phone APP support terminal system for Android4.0 and above version, IOS5.0 and above version. The system was successfully implemented in the barreled drinking water sales enterprise in December 2014 under the deep cooperation between the computer Engineering and Technology College of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology and the enterprise. The practical application of this system can reduce the labor cost of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of distribution, increase the degree of customer adhesion, and then improve the efficiency of the management service of the barreled water enterprise.
