【摘要】：從廣東省近年來外貿(mào)總額來看,廣東省的外貿(mào)增長(zhǎng)乏力,甚至出現(xiàn)負(fù)增長(zhǎng),但其中跨境電商進(jìn)出口總額則呈倍數(shù)增長(zhǎng)。在跨境電商背景下,全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)形成,創(chuàng)造額外的外貿(mào)需求,加上近年來政府的政策支持,廣東省的外貿(mào)發(fā)展迎來新契機(jī),但與此同時(shí),廣東省的對(duì)外貿(mào)易在平臺(tái)、物流、誠(chéng)信以及監(jiān)管等方面也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)�？缇畴娚瘫尘跋�,廣東省應(yīng)建立完善的外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái);加大投入,支持跨境物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展;提升產(chǎn)品國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),以此促進(jìn)廣東省外貿(mào)實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的跨國(guó)傳遞和共享,從而給外貿(mào)帶來新的增長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:Judging from the total foreign trade volume of Guangdong Province in recent years, the growth of foreign trade in Guangdong Province is weak, even negative, but the total import and export volume of cross-border ecommerce is increasing exponentially. In the context of cross-border e-commerce, the formation of the global network economic market, the creation of additional foreign trade demand, coupled with the policy support of the government in recent years, has ushered in a new opportunity for the development of foreign trade in Guangdong Province, but at the same time, foreign trade in Guangdong Province is on the platform. Logistics, integrity and supervision are also facing new challenges. In the context of cross-border e-commerce, Guangdong should establish a comprehensive foreign trade service platform; increase investment to support the development of cross-border logistics enterprises; enhance the international competitiveness of products; and strengthen intellectual property protection. In order to promote Guangdong's foreign trade to achieve real transnational transmission and sharing, thus bringing new growth and development opportunities for foreign trade.
