農(nóng)村電子商務教育的應然性和實然化

【摘要】:在國家鼓勵"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的時代背景下,無論是2017年的"一號文件"對"推進農(nóng)村電商"的重視,還是農(nóng)村實現(xiàn)精準脫貧、推進"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)"發(fā)展的需要以及高校社會服務基本功能的實現(xiàn),開展農(nóng)村電子商務教育已是大勢所趨。借助高校的電子商務實踐教學與科技服務平臺、依托政府的政策保障和社會支持,激發(fā)農(nóng)民自我教育需求的內(nèi)生動力,將是有效開展農(nóng)村電子商務教育的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of the state's efforts to encourage "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", whether the 2017 "No.1 document" attaches importance to "promoting rural ecommerce," or achieving accurate poverty eradication in rural areas, In order to promote the development of "Internet agriculture" and realize the basic function of social service in colleges and universities, it is the trend of the times to carry out rural e-business education. With the help of the practical teaching and science and technology service platform of the university, relying on the government's policy guarantee and social support, the endogenous motive force of stimulating the farmers' self-education demand will be the path choice to carry out the rural e-business education effectively.
