【摘要】：縣域電子商務(wù)為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)新動(dòng)力的培育提供了新的增長點(diǎn),已日益引起重視。以福建省連城縣為例,分析了縣域電子商務(wù)發(fā)展存在的優(yōu)勢與機(jī)遇、劣勢與挑戰(zhàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),連城縣電子商務(wù)發(fā)展既有交通優(yōu)勢得天獨(dú)厚、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施比較健全、農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富獨(dú)特、政策制度不斷完善等優(yōu)勢,也存在電子商務(wù)人才匱乏、電子商務(wù)意識有待提升、電子商務(wù)配套服務(wù)與扶持政策不完善、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通體系有待健全等劣勢,以及面臨農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流突破難、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系建設(shè)存在瓶頸、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌戰(zhàn)略思維缺乏等挑戰(zhàn)。針對連城縣電子商務(wù)發(fā)展存在的劣勢與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行縣域電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的路徑思考,指出縣域電子商務(wù)發(fā)展應(yīng)構(gòu)建好六大支撐體系,引領(lǐng)好六大示范工程建設(shè),才能將電子商務(wù)培育成縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新引擎。
[Abstract]:County e-commerce provides a new growth point for the cultivation of new power of county economy, which has been paid more and more attention. Taking Liancheng County, Fujian Province as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and opportunities, disadvantages and challenges of county e-commerce development. It is found that the development of electronic commerce in Liancheng County has the advantages of unique transportation advantages, relatively sound infrastructure, rich and unique agricultural resources, and continuous improvement of policy and system, and there is also a shortage of e-commerce talents. E-commerce awareness needs to be improved, e-commerce supporting policies are not perfect, agricultural products circulation system needs to be improved, and the cold chain logistics of agricultural products is difficult to break through, and there are bottlenecks in the construction of agricultural products standardization system. Lack of strategic thinking of agricultural product brand and other challenges. In view of the disadvantages and challenges existing in the development of electronic commerce in Liancheng county, the author thinks about the path of the development of electronic commerce in the county area, and points out that the development of electronic commerce in the county area should construct six supporting systems and lead the construction of the six demonstration projects. Only then can the electronic commerce cultivate the new engine of the county area economy growth.
