【摘要】：跨境電子商務(wù)主要是指交易主體分屬于不同的關(guān)境并通過電子商務(wù)平臺實現(xiàn)交易、進行支付結(jié)算并通過跨境物流送達商品、完成交易的一種國際商業(yè)活動。隨著全球化進程的不斷深入,跨境電子商務(wù)作為推動經(jīng)濟一體化和貿(mào)易全球化的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),大力發(fā)展我國跨境電子商務(wù)具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:Cross-border electronic commerce mainly refers to a kind of international commercial activity in which the main body of the transaction belongs to different customs and realizes the transaction through the electronic commerce platform, carries on the payment and settlement, and reaches the commodity through the cross-border logistics, completes the transaction. With the deepening of the globalization process, cross-border e-commerce as a technical basis to promote economic integration and trade globalization, it is of great strategic significance to vigorously develop cross-border e-commerce in China.
