【摘要】：2015年6月中國與韓國正式簽訂了自由貿易協(xié)定,引起了國際社會廣泛關注。自由貿易協(xié)定的簽訂是兩國貿易關系長期發(fā)展的必然結果。這將促進兩國GDP及貿易額增長,有利于兩國的對外投資及服務業(yè)發(fā)展,對中韓兩國均利大于弊,但會增大兩國的貿易及市場依存度,擠壓本國產業(yè)。由此,應加速發(fā)展中韓整體貨物貿易;加速中韓農產品的進出口互補;加快中韓服務業(yè)的合作。在通訊信息服務方面,中國應創(chuàng)造寬松的外部環(huán)境,促進中韓兩國通訊企業(yè)的合作,促進本國通訊行業(yè)的發(fā)展。在文化旅游產業(yè)方面,中國應積極推動中韓文化產業(yè)合作交流,生產高附加值文化產品。在電子商務方面,中國應進一步完善相關法律法規(guī),以全面推動跨境電子商務平臺的建設。
[Abstract]:In June 2015, China and South Korea formally signed a free trade agreement, which attracted international attention. The signing of free trade agreement is the inevitable result of the long-term development of trade relations between the two countries. This will promote the growth of GDP and trade volume between the two countries, and will benefit the development of the two countries' outward investment and service industry, and will benefit both countries more than the disadvantages, but will increase the degree of trade and market dependence between the two countries and squeeze their own industries. Therefore, we should speed up the development of the overall goods trade between China and South Korea, accelerate the complementary import and export of agricultural products between China and South Korea, and accelerate the cooperation between China and South Korea in the service industry. In the field of communication and information service, China should create a loose external environment, promote the cooperation between Chinese and Korean communication enterprises, and promote the development of its own telecommunications industry. In the cultural tourism industry, China should actively promote the cultural industry cooperation and exchange between China and South Korea to produce high value-added cultural products. In the field of e-commerce, China should further improve the relevant laws and regulations in order to promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce platform.
