基于web service的廣東省公共交通一卡通充值系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付、充值、消費(fèi)已經(jīng)被普通百姓所接受,它將逐步取代傳統(tǒng)線下活動(dòng),而廣東省交通一卡通作為目前國(guó)內(nèi)最大區(qū)域一卡通,為了適應(yīng)技術(shù)發(fā)展,研發(fā)了基于web service的廣東省交通一卡通充值系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)以先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件技術(shù)、信息化管理手段、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)以及IC卡技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的具體特點(diǎn),為持卡人提供便捷、安全的網(wǎng)上充值服務(wù)。持卡人通過(guò)使用充值終端,與電腦、手機(jī)連接,登陸網(wǎng)充系統(tǒng),注冊(cè)會(huì)員,可使用網(wǎng)銀支付、支付寶支付、財(cái)付通支付等第三方支付為公共交通一卡通卡充值進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上支付,并完成各方的資金清分結(jié)算。實(shí)現(xiàn)廣東省公共交通卡網(wǎng)上充值、消費(fèi)、查詢等服務(wù)功能,建立起廣東省公共交通卡統(tǒng)一的充值與查詢平臺(tái)。本文主要是通過(guò)對(duì)基于web service的廣東省交通一卡通網(wǎng)絡(luò)充值系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的意義、必要性、可行性、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的充分研究,以及一卡通網(wǎng)絡(luò)充值系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能的需求分析。結(jié)合交通一卡通行業(yè)特點(diǎn),介紹交通一卡通網(wǎng)絡(luò)充值系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)安全設(shè)計(jì)、業(yè)務(wù)接口模塊化設(shè)計(jì)等功能,并闡述了系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)等內(nèi)容。該系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)大了公共交通一卡通卡充值模式,優(yōu)化了對(duì)商戶和個(gè)人充值渠道的調(diào)控和統(tǒng)籌管理功能,降低了充值建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,為廣大公共交通一卡通卡用戶提供便捷、安全的充值服務(wù),同時(shí)該系統(tǒng)為未來(lái)進(jìn)一步拓展至網(wǎng)上消費(fèi)、第三方支付和公共事業(yè)費(fèi)支付等公共管理電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology and information technology, payment, recharge and consumption through the Internet have been accepted by ordinary people. It will gradually replace the traditional offline activities. However, Guangdong Province Traffic Card is the largest regional card in China at present. In order to adapt to the development of technology, the Guangdong Traffic Card filling system based on web service is developed. The system is based on advanced computer software and hardware technology, information management means, network communication technology and IC card technology. Combined with the specific characteristics of urban public transport system, card holders to provide convenient, safe online recharge services. By using a charging terminal, connecting with a computer, a mobile phone, landing a network charging system, registering a member, using a network silver payment, Alipay payment, Tenpay payment and other third parties to pay for the charging value of a public transport card, the cardholder can make online payment. And to complete the settlement of the funds of the parties. In order to realize the service functions of charging, consuming and querying public transport cards in Guangdong Province, a unified charging and querying platform for public transport cards in Guangdong Province is established. In this paper, the significance, necessity, feasibility, current situation at home and abroad of the construction of Guangdong traffic card network recharge system based on web service, as well as the requirement analysis of the business function of the card network recharge system are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of traffic card industry, this paper introduces the whole architecture design, system security design and business interface modularization design of network recharge system of traffic card, and expounds the detailed design and application of the system. The system expands the card charging mode of public transportation, optimizes the function of regulating and managing commercial and personal recharge channels, reduces the cost of recharge construction and operation, and provides convenience for the majority of public transport card users. At the same time, it lays the foundation for the further development of online consumption, third party payment and public service fee payment in the field of public management electronic commerce.
