【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+以及大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,良好的機場貨運系統(tǒng)將大大提升作業(yè)效率,減少人工出錯率,削減成本提升效益。本系統(tǒng)豐要利用C#語言在.Net平臺下進行編寫,在倉庫磅房業(yè)務管理部分采用B/S結構,數(shù)據(jù)錄入、查詢以及統(tǒng)計功能采用C/S結構。利用SQL2008數(shù)據(jù)庫進行數(shù)據(jù)存儲,采用雙機熱備的磁盤陣列技術避免數(shù)據(jù)丟失與篡改,在庫區(qū)理貨業(yè)務采用windows系統(tǒng)的手持終端進行貨物錄入,利用Web service方式與海關和商檢進行數(shù)據(jù)對接。根據(jù)機場貨運內(nèi)部業(yè)務需求,系統(tǒng)的出港業(yè)務豐要利用條形碼關聯(lián)所有主要數(shù)據(jù),代理人錄入業(yè)務基礎數(shù)據(jù)至業(yè)務系統(tǒng),磅房業(yè)務人員通過掃描條形碼,自動讀取基礎數(shù)據(jù)補錄件數(shù)、重量,制單業(yè)務人員根據(jù)磅房錄入數(shù)據(jù)補錄費用并進行貨物配載,庫區(qū)業(yè)務人員根據(jù)配載倉單信息進行貨物裝載與復磅,復磅重量與磅方數(shù)據(jù)進行核實,數(shù)據(jù)一致后進行商務配載。所有業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)貫穿一致,整合處理,方便各個崗位提取各自所需數(shù)據(jù)。進港業(yè)務將倉庫錄入數(shù)據(jù)與代理人錄入數(shù)據(jù)進行多處比對,確保數(shù)據(jù)的完整性與統(tǒng)一性, 根據(jù)外部業(yè)務需求,電子商務平臺將為航空公司提供數(shù)據(jù)的錄入以及查看平臺,航空公司進行基礎申報數(shù)據(jù)錄入,貨運業(yè)務人員自動提取數(shù)據(jù)并進行數(shù)據(jù)補錄,避免相同數(shù)據(jù)在多處重復錄入,方便機場貨運與航空公司之間數(shù)據(jù)共享,保證所有單位能夠有效的進行數(shù)據(jù)檢索以及統(tǒng)計其相關貨物信息。大連機場貨運業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)將人工手動紙上劃貨轉變?yōu)槔檬殖纸K端直接將數(shù)據(jù)錄入系統(tǒng)；數(shù)據(jù)的有效利用使得貨運管理效率提高,這些數(shù)據(jù)將為未來的貨物管理以及市場分析打下良好基礎。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet and big data era, a good airport cargo system will greatly improve the operational efficiency, reduce the rate of human error, reduce costs and enhance efficiency. This system uses C # language to write on. Net platform. In the management part of warehouse house business, the structure of B / S, data input, query and statistics is adopted as C / S structure. The SQL2008 database is used to store data, the disk array technology of dual computer and hot standby is adopted to avoid data loss and tampering, and the handheld terminal of windows system is used to input goods in the reservoir area. Make use of Web service method and customs and commodity inspection data docking. According to the internal business requirements of airport cargo, the outgoing business of the system needs to use bar code to correlate all the main data, the agent inputs the business basic data to the business system, and the room business personnel scan the bar code. Automatically read the basic data to fill the number, weight, single making business personnel according to the pound room input data recording fees and cargo stowage, reservoir area business personnel according to stowage warehouse receipt information for cargo loading and weight recovery, The weight of the pound is verified with the weight of the pound, and the data is consistent with the data for commercial stowage. All business data throughout consistent, integrated processing, easy for each position to extract their own data. Inbound business compares warehouse data with agent data in many places to ensure the integrity and unity of data. According to external business requirements, e-commerce platform will provide airlines with data entry and view platform. The airline carries on the basic declaration data input, the cargo service personnel automatically extracts the data and carries on the data supplementary record, avoids the same data in many places duplicate input, facilitates the airport cargo and the airline company data sharing, Ensure that all units can effectively carry out data retrieval and statistics of their related goods information. Dalian Airport Freight Business Management system converts manual paper cargoes into hand-held terminals to directly input data into the system, and the efficient use of data makes freight management more efficient. These data will lay a good foundation for future goods management and market analysis.
