【摘要】：加快農(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設是促進農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增加收入的戰(zhàn)略選擇。研究長治市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化問題和對策對推進當?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設具有重要的理論和實踐意義。本課題立足長治市現(xiàn)狀,采取文獻綜述、案例研究等方法,在研究農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展規(guī)律和國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的先進經(jīng)驗的基礎上,結合分析當?shù)貎?yōu)勢和不足,提出加快長治市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的對策建議。結果表明,長治市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化主要存在認識不足、縣域發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象和人才隊伍不足等問題。建議要明確長治市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的指導思想、工作目標和基本原則,強化政府組織引導,加大宣傳力度,加快農(nóng)業(yè)云平臺體系、農(nóng)村電子商務體系、農(nóng)業(yè)信息化服務與管理體系等農(nóng)業(yè)信息化體系建設。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the construction of agricultural informatization is a strategic choice to promote agricultural modernization, develop rural economy and increase farmers' income. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problems and countermeasures of agricultural informatization in Changzhi city. Based on the current situation of Changzhi City, this subject adopts the methods of literature review, case study, and on the basis of studying the development law of agricultural informatization and the advanced experience of agricultural informatization at home and abroad, combined with the analysis of the local advantages and disadvantages. Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the agricultural informatization of Changzhi City. The results show that there are some problems in Changzhi's agricultural informatization, such as lack of understanding, unbalanced development of county area and shortage of talents. It is suggested to clarify the guiding ideology, work objectives and basic principles of agricultural informatization in Changzhi City, strengthen the guidance of government organizations, intensify propaganda, speed up the agricultural cloud platform system, and accelerate the rural electronic commerce system.
