基于CMMI高成熟度的LC公司軟件質(zhì)量量化管理研究
[Abstract]:With the innovation and development of cloud computing, Internet, mobile application and other information technology, various computer software applications, such as portal, e-commerce, WeChat, payment platform and so on, cover all aspects of social life. Greatly improve the efficiency of office and life, people are more and more dependent on software. At the same time, the scope of software is expanding and the complexity is increasing. The progress, quality and cost of software projects are more difficult to control. With the continuous innovation of software technology and the deepening of application fields, the system accidents caused by software defects are common, and the economic and social costs caused by the hidden dangers of software safety and quality are rising constantly, even resulting in personal safety. For IT enterprises, with the continuous expansion of the industry, enterprises have been growing rapidly, bringing fierce competition in the information market, software quality has become a key factor affecting customer satisfaction. The customer's requirement for quality is not only the realization of function, but also the expectation of stability, usability and other user experience. Software quality is reactive through various types of defects. The traditional defect management is based on recording and tracking. The quality management departments of IT enterprises hope to improve the quality of software delivery through scientific quantitative management and prediction of software quality. Software process improvement model, It has been widely used at home and abroad. It includes a series of process areas related to quality, such as supporting process improvement and software quantitative management. This paper combines the actual process capability and software development project of LC Company. Combined with the research on the implementation process of CMMI5 level project in the company: (1) combing the quality assurance process based on CMM. (2) according to the organization goal and process capability of LC company, the quantitative quality management index based on CMMI high maturity is established. Process performance baseline, process performance model. (3) combined with specific project examples to verify and promote. The idea of CMMI quantitative management is deeply applied to test design, quality evaluation (project, personnel) and so on. At the same time, it can effectively monitor and predict defects through the establishment of model, when deviating from the quality target. Remind related personnel to take measures to adjust the project, including project plan and resources, to control the future project process. Finally, it can effectively improve the quality of software, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the realization of organizational goals.
