基于訂單區(qū)域分類的Y企業(yè)配送系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic commerce, the variety of products is increasing, the demand uncertainty is becoming greater and greater, and the demand for distribution is becoming higher and higher. On the other hand, the demand for order distribution has increased rapidly, and the order delivery area has been scattered. Order demand tends to be multi-variety, small batch, but the existing enterprise distribution system can not solve the current problems. Therefore, more and more enterprises solve this dilemma by optimizing distribution system to reduce the cost of distribution and improve customer satisfaction. Scholars at home and abroad are basically considering the characteristics of orders or multiple constraints to optimize the distribution system, this paper is through the study of order area classification to study the optimization of distribution system, so as to reduce the cost of distribution. Improve the level of distribution services to meet the diversified needs of customers. In this paper, Y enterprise distribution system is optimized under the background of Y enterprise's actual market environment and Y enterprise as the research subject. Firstly, this paper introduces the research status of distribution system under the consideration of order characteristics and multiple constraints at home and abroad, as well as the research approaches in this paper. Secondly, this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge, including urban distribution, order area classification BFD algorithm, clustering-constraint satisfaction algorithm, for Y enterprise research and analysis made a sufficient foundation. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the distribution status and existing problems of Y enterprise. Through the analysis of Y enterprise and Y enterprise distribution in Beijing, the paper puts forward the existing problems of distribution system. It is shown as the packing problem and vehicle scheduling problem of the existing distribution system, and the solution to the problem is given in this paper. Then, this paper studies the distribution scheme of order area classification in Y enterprise, establishes the distribution model based on packing and vehicle scheduling, and uses BFD algorithm and clustering constraint satisfaction algorithm. Get the whole vehicle distribution plan and distribution plan. Finally, this paper optimizes the distribution scheme of the historical order by the algorithm designed, and uses visual studio 2015 and spss tools to solve the vehicle distribution scheme and the distribution scheme of the carload, and verifies the optimization effect of the distribution system. The feasibility and correctness of the new distribution scheme are proved by the comparison of the new and old distribution schemes in Y enterprise, which has practical reference value for the improvement of the original distribution scheme in Y enterprise.
